Have written to them and no answer been about a month and still waiting on my order to show up . Poor dog has ear issues , thanks for making my poor dog wait so long , she is suffering .

Second time using this company and I wanted to give them a second chance and they failed again. First time took almost a month to send out the product with no communication and same again. I have cancelled my order and will not use this company ever again. Lost my business.

Placed an order on 23.5.2023 and have not received!! No tracking update, no follow up email. Extremely frustrated as I paid express shipping. Have called and emailed trying to contact them and to date have still not heard a thing!! Very unprofessional!!

Placed an order on the 25 of may, was placed as priority and supposed to be shipped express. Tracking is showing it’s still being processed and I’ve tried to contact them through email, company website, phone, Facebook and even Instagram with no luck. Very frustrated as this order is now needed urgently and was pricey.

I placed an order on 22nd May and paid for express post. Have heard nothing back. No confirmation or receipt. Paid via afterpay and payments are coming out of my account. I have phoned, left messages and sent emails. Still nothing. I think I may have been ripped off.

Ordered express on Tuesday morning arrived on Friday, but was the wrong item. Ordered kong inflateable cloud collar and received the clear collar instead. Edit- replacement offered but requested refund instead which was very promptly processed.

Good service, great selection and reasonable prices. However, the shipping is very long.

Called and left messages and also sent messages over the quick response platform over a two month period. No response received. Was needing guidance on a substantial outlay for clippers and accessory attachments. I was lead to the site by the rating, but unfortunately had no positive experience to report. I am left questioning if there is any business operating?
