Australia | 09 December 2023Absalouty the worst hamper company in Ireland with out a doubt . Can’t use their on line website as it does not recognise post codes in Ireland or eircode s. And tthan Emer has the cheek to say to me I didn’t supply the girl i dealt with Siobhan when I rang to pay her over the phone instead .my eircode and for that reason DPD wouldn’t be able to deliver the hamper . They also have little or no stock available picked 3 items and only had 1 item Staff had no clue told me the items would be back in stock in a week and after a follow up phone call twice from australia the person said oh I got the wrong hamper that one won’t be be back in stock with in the week I think it’s run by a bunch of incompetent staff . Ireland | 23 December 2022I sent around 5 or 6 hampers with them, I never had any problem, they even help when I put the wrong name on it. I recommend calling instead of sending an email if you have any inconvenient

Australia | 26 July 2022Cancelled a Christmas hamper that I organised from overseas to be delivered to Ireland in 22nd December. Refund received but it was difficult to organise anything else at that late stage. Why bother ordering in advance if hamper won’t be available?

Ireland | 02 April 2021I had to give one star but really there should be an option for 0!!!!. Flowers delivered a day late, looking nothing, and I mean NOTHING, like the image booked and paid for, they looked like the delivery guy picked them up from the nearest petrol station on the way over. So very disappointing, actually embarrassing to have sent these flowers!
