Excellent customer service both inside and outside of the building, was not sure about what size tree I was looking for but was shown around and not rushed until I was happy with my choice, Free delivery was a great bonus and the tree was delivered within a few hours of purchasing. Lovely people to do business with and would definitely recommend, I know where I will be going to next year.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. I called the office the day before delivery to check a time for delivery and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. Driver was also very happy and helpful. Both members of staff wished me a good day. Product also very good, will definitely use again especially as they are local.

Local company providing a fantastic service. We bought close board fence panels that were very strong with an extra cross board. They provided a great product at the most reasonable price. Delivered one day after ordering, very friendly and most helpful delivery people. What more could you ask for?

When we went to order, they were friendly took us in the yard explain the product, advised us what was needed, all the time asking us what or needed we’re, on day of delivery, they were a little later than they said, but apologised, that other job took a little longer, nothing seem too much trouble, all very nice and friendly, fencing first class, very strong, ready to slide the old panel out and new one’s in, don’t even need to paint already have preservatives on the wood. Would recommend 5 stars

Very happy with our new, taller fencing which has separated the driveway from our garden and has given us a lot more privacy and security. The fitters Billy and Rob from Charfleets Fencing were super tidy and kept us informed throughout, and the pricing was really reasonable! Would definitely recommend them
