Was met by salesperson at Charfleets fencing and shown the panels for sale. I only purchased panels, they appear to be good quality with caps on top of the panels to prevent rot.Was called by telephone to let me know approx time of delivery so that helped me organise my day better. Delivery driver carried my panels down the sideway for me, that helped as an OAP as the panels are quite heavy. Would recommend this company. Thank you.

The options to order online, over the phone or just collect from site are all good. Being provided with an invoice to pay prior to delivery was also good. Fence panels appear to be good quality and the price was reasonable. My only criticism is that I was told I would be telephoned in the morning with approx time of delivery, which did not happen, but I was home all day so not a major issue this time.

Outstanding service, ordered a panel on Monday delivered on Wednesday. Excellent quality product. The only query was when I ordered online, I did not see an option for the panel to be put in place - and as I’ve put my back out, this would have been a useful service.
