They put all new fence panels in back garden and a new gate and panel at the side of the house. They were here yesterday and today. They not only did a brilliant job, but they were extremely kind and understanding of my situation. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Thank you so very much, I feel a lot safer now and can start looking for a dog.

I placed my order over the phone and was very impressed by the customer service I received. I was notified by phone of the eta on the morning of delivery. I asked if the fencing could be taken to the side of the property as there would be no one at home and the driver kindly obliged. The fence panels are very good quality and the prices competitive. I have no complaints and would order from Charfleets Fencing again.

Wanted just one fence panel. Found this company via Google and they were very reasonably priced. Contacted them for delivery details. Very helpful and delivery charge was excellent especially as I only wanted one panel. Placed the order over the telephone and was given a delivery date of today. Received a telephone call early this morning to say panel would be delivered by 10am. Sure enough panel turned up before 10am - very good quality. I have ordered panels from elsewhere previously but have never received such good customer service. Would highly recommend and will use again in future

Absolute pleasure in dealing with you from start to finish, once I had ordered on the website I received a confirmation, I then received a further email to confirm the date of delivery, on the day of delivery I received a phone call to confirm that the delivery driver would be with me before 2pm. The driver arrived at 12 mid-day and again was very pleasant and very helpful.I have had a great service which is why I have given 5 * I will be ordering further panels in the spring and would highly recommend Charfleets Fencing

We used Charfleets Fencing to install new fencing including gravel boards and posts. We are very happy with the fantastic work and impeccable service from Charlotte and Laura in the office, Kevin who came out to do our quote and helped us with any questions we had and Rob and Billy who installed the new fence. Everyone was very friendly, professional and efficient. We felt like they went above and beyond to help us and are very happy with our new fence. The standard of work is excellent, they removed all old fencing and even did an extra little job/slight change for us when requested. We recommend Charfleets fencing and will definitely be using them again 😊

It was easy to order the fence panels on line. They rang me to update the time of the delivery. They came on time. And the people that delivered were friendly and brought the fence panels into the garden for us.

On 22 December our side fence and gate decided to fall down in some winds. Not ideal when you have a dog! I called around a few companies and Charfleets Fencing responded quickly and sent someone round to quote. The lady I spoke to was really lovely and very professional. The quote was reasonable and the company were so understanding about the dog that they asked a crew to work on 23 December to put a new fence and gate up for us! The guys who came were lovely, hard working, cleaned up and we really appreciated them giving up a scheduled morning off to help us. Excellent service - they come highly recommended from us!
