United Kingdom | 23 October 2023On October 9th 2023. Due to major flooding in parts of Scotland. Our train from Inverness to Edinburgh was cancelled. There was insufficient provision of buses for all the passengers on the train. So my sister and myself were left to try and make alternative arrangements to try to meet our train connection at Edinburgh. We went to the local bus station to try and get a bus there. But there was no availability. We went to the cafe next to the bus station to try to consider alternative plans. Whilst there we noticed one of the passengers from the train station queue getting into a taxi outside the cafe. My sister went out to ask if the person was travelling to Edinburgh. James (cab 19), said if we were all in agreement we could share the cost of the taxi together. All were in agreement. So we travelled down together. We just wanted to say thank you to James (car no 19), for coming to our aid. We had a seamless and safe journey down to Edinburgh, in time to catch a train to get us to our destination that day. James was friendly, courteous, drove safely and made us feel relaxed and comfortable for the journey. We recommend his driving services. 🙂 (He even held onto a hat, that my sister had accidentally left in his cab and he delivered it to our home, upon our return!! Above and beyond James! Thank you! 🙌

United Kingdom | 08 November 2022Met Driver at Baggage Claim in Inverness Airport, he had my Name, clearly. As I needed to pick up a Suitcase from the Belt (and it Tool a while until they deliver), I informed that Driver, that I'll go out and having a (quick) Cigarette while waiting. He clearly agreed and said, I should do so. When I went in, again (after maybe 3 or 4 mins.) he came with another Passenger leaving towards the car and told me "I guess you'll take the other Driver"...?! It took a while, until I saw that other Driver and explained that Situation to him. He obviously should have take that Passenger, gone with "my Driver", as his booked Passenger didn't Show up, anymore. It was very confusing, rude Behaviour. Especially after a very long Day and 2 Flights. I guess the other Guest had my "High Class Car" then. Ridiculous Experience, my Company will never book them again. Aaaaah AND btw. the Drive has been a LOT more expensive, than shown during that Booking. Thanks for that Robberie.
