Ordered my bra on Monday and it arrived Tuesday this week! Awesome So comfy

Really friendly welcome from the team. Nothing was too much bother when I couldn't make my mind up. I definitely recommend no1 bra. I'll no longer be buying from the big High Street companies. Just wish there were more choice of colours, super comfy and gives such a great shape.

Really poor customer service, I'm afraid. They were excellent when I was purchasing and trying to find me the right size, but the chasing I have to do for a returns label firstly, then the refund not appearing approximately 6 weeks after returning the items is shocking! I've had to resort to writing this review and this whole experience has been so poor I wouldn't recommend them unfortunately.

Everything said on website is true these bras are super comfortable! Lovely soft material, supportive, great range of sizes and unlike many other bras with larger cup sizes they are pretty looking, not “boulder holder functional looking” 😀 My order took a little long to arrive but would still rate service highly as I got a call from Anna who explained they had a delay on some items and to call if I had queries on fit once I received my order. Lovely product, lovely service.

Fitting advice and customer care were excellent. The bras are very good quality, pretty and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend, particularly for ladies who have undergone breast surgery.

In the summer I was the lucky winner of a bra that we "fitted" over the phone. I tried three types and chose the one that was supremely comfortable. It has been so good to wear, attractive, supportive, and comfortable that I have ordered two more. The bra seems to have a memory of, my body and allow me perfectly supported free movement during activity even after washing. I can honestly say that I have never worn a better bra. and thank you to the team that really cares for its customers.

What an awesome business to purchase from! I have searched from some time for a bra that would offer my boobs the comfort and support they need. The customer service offered by these ladies is second to none. They really do care about you and finding you the right product. An online order followed up with a couple of phone calls and a range of options sent for me to try, got me to my perfect boobmate. Can't imagine wearing another type of bra again. Shout out to Kim and Maddy for all their help!

to be honest it took a bit longer to arrive and I ordered the wrong size but the sizing issue was my own fault,product is pretty good so I ordered a smaller size in it

I feel very lucky to of come across No.1 bra. For the last 2 years (I’m now 50years old) I have had so many problems finding comfortable bras that do not dig in or straps that do not fall off my shoulders. Anna (from the main office customer care) has been so helpful with advice, honest recommendations; without any pressure to order. Originally tried one bra over a long weekend away & can honestly say I couldn’t even feel I was wearing it. Really soft & well made. I’ve now 2 Darcey bras (nude & black) & I’m so happy. Can’t wait to find out when hopefully new colours arrive. Thank you No.1 Bra!

Excellent fitting, great quality, comfortable bra. Used the fitting/size guide on the website and found my perfect fit. Bra arrived very quickly and aftercare telephone call by staff member much appreciated. I would recommend this company.

I've finally found a bra which is comfortable thanks to the ladies at No 1 bra. It took trying on 4 different sizes because I'm a tricky in-between size but we got there in the end. I highly recommend them.

The bra was so comfortable sometimes I have to check I have it on!

The customer service is absolutely brilliant. Helpful ladies on the phone when I called and needed advice on fitting. The bras are amazing. I never leave reviews but felt I had to for this company because they truly are what they say on the tin.
