The truth that service and product is excellent but since they stopped using DHL and changed UPS to deliver in my country the experience increase a lot. 10 pass to 5 points. The currier works bad do not advice when they deliver, they charge more money for customs clearance and cannot be paid in advance. This is very bad because if you dont are at home to receive for the reception Cannot because you have to pay. i wish you would have dhl again who is excellent like your service and quality. Sorry but the final experience is the product and the shipping ( who you choose)

I don’t know What are inside of this gel remover. When I picked up the package I was arrested by the police as if I were a drug trafficker. Evidently it contains substances that are not legal in Italy
