Sophie our girl always makes us feel 10 years younger we're elderly ladies. The staff are always helpful and kind. We're always telling people to come here. The prices are very reasonable

I suffer from a disability that can cause me to be nervous and anxious, the staff at lifestyle are the most friendly bunch of people who make me feel at ease. I have my hair done by maisie and she does exactly what I ask for. Very friendly and professional im happy with the service I receive from her and the advice she gives.

United Kingdom | 03 June 2021It was my first time to Lifestyles in Aylesbury, and most certainly the last. I'm absolutely upset and angry, I paid well over £100 and left with what I can only call my hair a mess. I went in for a consultation to discuss what I wanted and had my patch test done. . My hair is extremely blonde, and I wanted to go darker. This was agreed, but the stylist said it would be more warmer as my hair would turn green. Such nonsense. I also asked for permanent hair colours as I just wanted a low maintenance hair colour. She completely ignored me and used demi whitch washes out after a few washes. After she had finished my hair and cut and styled it, it was still really Blonde and not the desired colour I asked for. She said to me are you ok with it not being darker, I didn't want you to be upset with me. (My whole hair appointment was about me going darker) I said she could have took me darker. At the time, she also told me she was new to using L'Oréal dyes and had no clue what to use on my hair, so she asked for help. She also was meant to use two colours on my hair and only used one. After my first Shampoo, the toner she used completely washed out. My hair was basically back to normal. Even worse, on closer inspection there was splogges all over my hair, it's so patchy. Then, to top it off, my hair wasn't even cut evenly. I had to sort that out myself at home. I explained to the stylist that I'm a very anxious person and had so many bad experiences that I rarely go to the salon. This has completely knocked my confidence even more, that I will certainly not go back and let them touch my hair again. I have contacted their salon via email to which I have had no response. This is disgusting that are getting away with it and charging clients for messing up their hair. On top of all this to, I was a new client and as stated on their website, New clients get 50% off, this was not the case. I paid the full amount for a bodged up hair style. I wouldn't bother going unless you don't care about your hair being ruined.

She always gives me her honest advice on what I colour I should use and style to go for and I am at ease knowing I am in experienced and safe hands. I would.definately recommend her!

United Kingdom | 31 March 2021Absolutely disgusting service from the Aylesbury salon so last year I went and had my hair cut in September for my birthday and I had a lady that works there who approached me she has red hair was so rude. Anyways what happened was I purchased few items and I paid for my hair my sister in law and my daughters, once I paid for the items she goes show me what I got show me ur receipt I was speechless thinking I’ve paid for it why are u asking for the receipt!! She kept on saying no u haven’t paid I was like yes I have I paid full amount. She kept on coming into my facing at this point I was very frustrated however she kept on accusing me, as to my race.. i put a compliment with the manger who’s name is Grey which was nice however, I explained the poor service I received and had said he will send me an email this was in OCTOBER 2020 and can you believe it I’m still chasing up this email!!! What a crap service!!!!!!!!

United Kingdom | 17 December 2017I have been going to lifestylesalons.com in MK for years. My stylist Jordan is amazing, always friendly and does a great cut. I even take my 2 young daughters to Jordan for their haircuts and Jordan gets their hair washed to make it an amazing experience for my daughters. All of the staff within the salon are very friendly (especially the receptionists) I would have no hesitation in recommending this salon to anyone.
