Calls at night when sleeping when due up at 4 am for work person that came too my home didn't check v5 so all started from there then rang too complain and they was very rude over the phone for there mess up not a good company at all

Agent who came to my door I would give him 10/10 but the rest of my experience not so good hard to get a hold of hung up on

I spoke with Matt on the phone and went through all my incomings and outgoings, I was so glad I was completely honest about my CCJ (which Matt really appreciated) otherwise I would have been turned down. I then made an appointment to meet Dave, who kept in contact all the way through, and helped me work out if I had all the correct paperwork (much easier than I thought it would be) then when everything was signed off I received the money a few hours later! I love the fact you can payback earlier and pay less interest. Would definitely use this company again, if I needed a boost 😍

Further update .. . Excelled themselves today ... gave me a refund of over £900 2 months ago, CALL ME TODAY AS THEY SAY I OWE THEM MONEY AHAAAAA.You literally couldn't make it up. Still its reminded me to chase the FCA. still no reply to my complaint to Varooma even though it was sent 3 times on two of these occasions they were sent direct to customer service agents to be forwarded on no reply to my SAR request either. Update to my previous review... This company also have not replied to my complaint nor my subject access to report. Would appear the FCA are snowed under with PPI complaints. Anyone who has a complaint against this ccompany keep chasing it with the FCA. And remember to read their google reviews for a truer picture of this conpany
