Poor customer service, bad attitude, interest rates are very very high, be careful, try to use another company if possible, avoid varooma. Took a loan out of £1200, after exactly one month and 5 days asked to settle the account, they demanded £250,53, ended up paying £1450.53, tried to ask them for breakdown of how they calculated the interest, they were not at all bothered, so im glad i dont have anything to do with this utter rubbish company, any bad reviews they question it and try to get it removed, worst customer service experience ever,
