I purchased the travel pack for £81 and it came in good time. Everything was present and in good condition. Website and online consultation was easy and I had approval within an hour. I would buy again and will no doubt top-up if anything is used.

Incredibly disappointing experience for a first time customer who urgently needed medication. It appears the website is buggy or their internal customer admin is very poorly trained and they sent me medication to not just the wrong address but a bizarre hybrid that listed BOTH my billing and mailing addresses in the same address! I've spent hours on the phone pleading with Royal Mail even before the return to sender today but it looks like I'm stuck both without my medicine and out more than 50 pounds. The phone number they provide to call is a joke which costs around 25p per minute. They stopped answering my messages on the app the second I simply asked them to verify the mailing address they sent the medication to. Do not trust your health or wellbeing to this company. I am incredibly upset and disappointed by this treatment. If you want to deliver prescriptions online, it's beyond unacceptable if you don't have a reliable process in place to be sure they are mailed to the right address. The delivery method requires a signature, making this failure all the more ridiculous, and the website as written does not even have an option for local post office instead of home delivery to try and minimize situations like these. Incredibly awful experience.
