Relatively quick to complete the online questionnaire, options for people with allergies and delivered quickly. Everything has a good expiry date and arrived in a handy first aid bag which can have other items added to it for going away. My only comment would be that it would have been nice to know the price before starting the whole process.

Mostly worked well. Unfortunately delivery is a) not Royal Mail so no access to blocks of flats and b) requires signature which proves v difficult for those that travel a lot for work during the day

Only thing that massively let ot down was the delivery company used. Awful. Cited failed delivery twice, despite me waiting at the door and tracking. Luckily the courier had photographed the front door and the operative via messenger realised he had gone to the wrong street too days in a row , despite them saying they'd informed the delivery office and they were going talk tk him. Please just use royal mail or a better courier service

Prompt delivery , however there was a particular medication missing from the delivery, I emailed just after the delivery to tell them of the incomplete order and have not heard back, but to be fair that was only yesterday , so they may very well contact me shortly ( hopefully ) . I have had stuff from them before and been completely delighted with it .

Quick and effective service

I have used Anytime Dr several times as I frequently leave the UK for either work or pleasure and its good to take a First Aid kit with me, that contains Antibiotics, creams and other items that may be required, However there has been times when I've used anytime Dr for other things as cannot get to see my own GP... Twice now, they have miss diagnosed and even after providing supporting evidence, still they claim to be correct, on both occasions I have ended up in A&E, when sending them several messages in regards to there diagnosis, complete avoidance, nothing, ignored
