Finis cole has been diligent and unrelenting in helping me complete my 2022 RMD with strata gold. My husband was sick when we began the process and passed away just before they completed their committee meetings and excessive requests/ reviews of things like an electronic signature from a doctor. There were endless hoops they continued to give us to “ jump through” but Finis kept me comforted through all of them, coached me or completed what he could from his end. I don’t know how many times he told strata “ I’ve been in this business a long time and I’ve never encountered this”. His comprehensive record keeping produced forms for them they adamantly reported they had no record of. They were very apologetic but without his expertise, they would have had me start all over in early March. So , I am thankful that Finis Cole is on my team. He has involved our son for working through some of the tasks that were beyond my technology skills. He is a corporate executive and he was quite impressed with his dealings with Finis as well. The way Finis worked around my limited technology skills was admirable as well. He was understanding, never demeaning, and found ways to compensate and work around those deficits. I am most relieved to tell you that we closed the rmd process last week and i have the necessary paperwork to give my accountant for my taxes. Finis also worked with her on explaining the situation with clarity . With his input she is able to write a letter to IRS to hopefully get the penalty of 50% waived. I know this is lengthy, but the gratitude and appreciation I have for the support Finis has been for me through my husband’s illness, death and now grieving can’t be put in a “ bottom line” review.
