My experience with Advantage Gold has truly been a great one. They are a unique company within their industry in that they focus on educating prospective clients on investing in precious metals. They never once pushed the "hard sell", meaning they're not just trying to sell customers a product for a profit. They actually care about their clients and make sure they know what they're getting into and give them the tools needed to understand it before they dive in. In my particular case, Jay Hebert reached out to me about 2 years ago. I wasn't particularly interested at the time to invest in precious metals. Jay offered to send me some literature on his company and the industry, and by some I mean an encyclopedia's worth of information (I mean that in the best way). It actually took a month or so to get through it all but Jay didn't hound me, he gave me all the time I needed. Although it was eye opening and very informative, I still wasn't sold on the idea. When I changed jobs and moved cross-country in Feb of '21, he didn't let the time change get in the way, the guy works 24/7/365! He called me back; nights, weekends, holidays, didn't matter.
