I cannot say enough how grateful I am for Mr. Fishman making this as easy a process as possible for me. My father passed away and he had an IRA consisting of precious metals. Unfortunately, I was not originally told that Mr. Fishman was the broker for the account and wasted months of my time with a different company attempting to liquidate the metals. When I was eventually given Mr. Fishman's contact information, we were able to come to a resolution within a matter of days, and I also received some amazing advice regarding the account. If you take anything away from my review, PLEASE tell your loved ones that you have a broker for your accounts. Knowing this would have saved me months of headaches.

UPDATE- Since my earlier post, I have been contacted by the Team at Advantage Gold, including the owner of the company, and have received the previously committed report. Considering that the employee who made the commitments is no longer with the company and the fact that the owner of the company voluntarily engaged to address the matter, I wanted to share my experience and revise my review to a positive rating. My experience has been extremely poor and the responsiveness of Advantage Gold is, in my opinion, less than acceptable. As a seasoned gold investor, the only reason I agreed to purchase from Advantage Gold was for access to the 2/22/22 event trade report. I was assured by both Rob Alexander and Shaun Boz that I would gain access to this report once I was given VIP access, after I completed my purchase. It has now been 60 days and I still do not have access to the report. Also, Rob never returns my calls and Shaun either directs me back to Rob or says he will call IT right now and have them follow up with me. Still waiting on that follow up. It should also be known that their initial response was to blame their IT department. When I asked them to simply send me the report directly, they responded that they couldn't send it via email and work with IT to get the report loaded to the portal. With no help from Advantage Gold, I was eventually able to find the report on the Goldisabetterway.com website, but can only gain access to the information after paying $349 to view the report. If you decision to do business with Advantage Gold is even partly based on their promised expectation that VIP access will provide access to all of their reports and webinars, including future reports, I suggest you get that in writing or look elsewhere. Since my experience included a VP of the organization, the lack of support and transparency appears pervasive, which is why I felt compelled to share my experience.
