I've been using R&W for years, and I love their products and services! I get what I need at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They're my go-to rope and cordage supplier.

Good buying experience - 1st time customer discount was applied - the price was better than other sources - rope ordered was the rope delivered - and the rope arrived via basic ground delivery here in San Francisco, carefully packaged, 7 days after I placed the order.

Fast shipping, a little bit expensive (in canadian dollars) , great service, nice ropes, a lot of choice.

My only problem with this company is their minimum order of $100. If I need a tool or a part, I have to pad my purchase to do business with them. For example, I recently purchased some Dyneema from them. I wanted to purchase a fid kit but that was out of stock. The cost of the kit would have been less than their minimum, so I could not order it separately. I ended up purchasing it elsewhere. The Dyneema was shipped and received promptly. And the price was fair.
