United States | 08 December 2024it was thin scratcy very uncomfortable/ .they put this comforter and sheets and bedskirt and pilows in a plastic container and squeezed it so much it had a million wrinkles they could not be gotten rid of i would have had to taken it to the cleaners and paid more money to have it pressed they are terrible customer based company i personally will never buy that brand again.so now i am stuck with having to buy a container to send it back in this is all very unfair fo me as a customer i am 80 and have a hard time to do this but this is a good lesson for me never never again.

Australia | 19 June 2024Ordered basin tap - paid - 2 days later, received e-mail with a Tracking Number , but DHL online tracking says it doesn't exist. The link sent me to "17 track" which isn't a distribution company, just a supposed tracker. Appears sweethome247 is a scam company. complaints go unanswered. Will be taking up with my bank in attempt to get my money back.

My contractor told me immediately, I sent it back with their label and they state they can not find it because their warehouse is a mess. They will not send me back the $419.00 that I spent. It is December and I sent this item back in early October.

The website has a lot of errors and spelling issues and …. they don’t reply to customers or even verify orders. Super shady! Super shady. I canceled my orders right away after I saw the website more clearly. So glad I caught it right away.

I purchased some bathroom faucets here, after receiving them, I realized they were way bigger than listed on their site and would not work for the bathrooms. I’ve attempted to return these, but it is impossible to get a response. They keep messaging me “the American warehouse is having issues.” I don’t really care? Just send me a return label? Also won’t give me any instructions on how to make a return, won’t answer any emails, and won’t answer phone. The “return policy” on their site is a total lie and the product I received weren’t correct. I’m now out money for 3 faucets that weren’t the right size.

I called the phone number and someone who spoke very little English answered "hello" and kept apologizing without being able to helping me and there was no one else to talk to. I was told I would get email confirmation about when I would receive the tub, I never did. I finally asked for a refund and one month later I still haven't received it. It is by far the worst customer service

Sweet Home does not reply and Amazon will not give me a refund because Sweet Home claims the bedding is en route. Do Not work with this scamming company.

United States | 06 January 2021I regeret my purchase from Sweet Home Collection. To recap, I ordered some sheets on 12/20 because the item description said they would arrive by 12/26. They sent me an email saying they had shipped on 12/22 and would arrive by 12/28. Since then, Fedex tracking shows they have travelled from New Jersey, to Mississippi, to Tennessee to Kansas and landed in Colorado where they have been for the past 5 days. Fedex does not have an estimated delivery date to my address in Illinois. Sweet Home refuses to help and says shipping is slower due to the holidays and covid. Feeling like I threw my money away at this point - 16 days after placing the order with no arrival date available. I would never shop here again.

The prices are amazing and the styles are very fashionable. I received my order very quickly (less than a week), even quicker than promised. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

United States | 11 May 2020This company is a SCAM they will not send you the product you purchase, they will print the shipping label so that you can’t ask for a refund or return and then never ship the items you paid for. I will have to get my bank to cancel the transaction after 2 months of waiting for the comforter to ship. Their support team will not respond to emails or phone calls. Worst company out there. Save your money and your time and don’t buy from sweet home collection....

United States | 28 February 2020DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SWEET HOME COLLECTION!!! I had ordered King sheets in December and they sent me Queen sheets! I returned the Queen sheets with a copy of their invoice slip and wrote that they sent me the wrong sheets and please send me King sheets or credit my charge card. In January, I notified them again and Customer Service stated that they never received my returned sheets! In order to credit my account, they would need my tracking number. With all the after Christmas cleaning, I must have thrown out the post office tracking receipt! They did not believe me and now I am out a set of sheets or a credit because of their mistake in sending me the wrong sized sheets. One would think this company would believe and honor their customers instead of losing more customers.

United States | 25 December 2019They sold me an item, promised a delivery time frame and sent me an email saying it had been shipped only to tell me it was out of stock when I emailed them to find out why I couldn't track my package with the FedEx tracking number they provided. I wonder when they would have notified me it was out of stock had I not followed up.
