Stay away from the fake scam logo companies like this that offer prices as low as 29.99 supposedly and as high as 99.99 eventually they will try to throw you in an extra to possibly for a little extra fee they don’t deliver what you asked for on time reply to you extremely late with two or three phrases, and will never get back to you until you get scammed out of your money and will block you you might as well burn your money for real do your research for every single damn company you can tell which ones are fake or not as well. If you get ripped off by this company that has many names by the way and many people working for them you deserve to get ripped off that’s why I’m leaving this big review so you guys don’t get scammed either

I'm giving them 1 star because they use extremely aggressive marketing techniques, are very shady in their operations, and I have received 6 calls today from all different numbers so I cant block them. No legitimate reputable business would do that.. They say they are in Jersey city, NJ but that is a lie! After grilling One of their employees, among other things, they told me that they are actually based in India (no offense to the people of India) but they are just told to say that to prospective customers. They have a virtual address there, but it is not their actual location. While I would consider using a company from India, I would not use one that tells their employees to lie to prospective customers any way it may be necessary to get their money.

I initially just needed a logo, but then went ahead and went for the website Design website design was a major pain in the butt. Any little thing I asked, for they wanted more money to add any feature. Took 6months back and forth before it was ready to go. 8months later the website would not appear. They said the hosting was only for 8 months. I paid another $900 for yrs of hosting to not have another issue since i was the one editing the website after they said, they would show me how to edit it just to change my business pricing and edit my descriptions of services. I was never shown how to edit had to figure out myself. Now its only been another 8 months and my website is down again. Busy signal anytime i call. Wont respond to emails. Over the course of the two years that I’ve been with them they’ve changed multiple people that I’ve talk to you and people that I have talk to you. They said they fired the previous guy because he wasn’t doing stuff right but they take care of me this time. I wish I never even started with this company.

Just read all of the 1 star ratings below. there is a piece of my story in all of the reviews. Carl and the crew got me for $2500 then shut my website down saying I need to spend another $800 for securing my website. Then wanted to charge me more to move my website to a my pick to host the site. real pieces of dog doo here.

Scam They scammed me. One of the guys is using private phone number to call and ask for more money to make the website secure. He does not use the company phone. I don't believe this is an American company. They are scammers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

This company is a scam! They want $299 to transfer a domain name and are holding it hostage. What absolute highway robbery! They need to be shut down.

To whom it may concern, I have a small photography company named LB Photography in Colorado. I started working with Logo Design Flex in Bakersfield,CA May of 2021. I have some concerns to the legitimacy of "Logo Design Flex" that I wanted to bring to your attention. I wanted a logo ($245) and Carl Dsouza and Cynthia Williams were assigned to me. Carl upsold me on a website for $500. The "receipts" I was provided didn't actually say what I purchased, or any other details about their product, only referenced a random "invoice number" of which I was never provided and actual invoice, only the amount charged and to random "merchants" like "Animation Design Shop" and "innovativepenmanship.com". They did deliver on the logo, but not the website. I requested that they refund me the money on August 14, 2021 in an email to Cynthia and Carl. They did not respond and I didn't hear anything when I tried to contact Carl several times on the phone. I started digging and went to the California Secretary of State website and tried to perform a business name search for "Logo Design Flex" and came up with nothing. I also searched for "Animation Design Shop" and "innovativepenmanship.com" and came up with nothing. I searched the Better Business Bureau and couldn't find a thing about them. But on the Logo Design Flex website, they look really established saying "4,000 projects done" and "3,800 Happy Clients" and they appear to represent service to IBM, Nintendo, P&G, Mashable. I followed links posted in the website for: Bark: /en/us/company/logo-design-flex/eVLNo/ Youtube: /channel/UCi1G1TL5rkz8OURCvPGmr3A (0 video) Pintrest: /logodesignflex (nothing posted) I started to believe this whole thing was a scam as nothing had credibility and I wrote off the $500 as a loss. I searched around some more and found Mesh Cowork at 2005 Eye Street in Bakersfield. Finally a legitimate company. Finally on November 3rd I got a call from Kevin Pearce Senior Project manager and Marketing Head of Logo Design Flex. I told him my concerns that I hadn't heard from anyone, thought it was a scam, and wanted my money back. He said he can't refund me, and that they "had to fire Carl and the team and 100 other project managers". Also that Kevin was trying to get all the accounts caught up and that is why nobody got back to me. When I talked with Kevin about my concerns of the "receipts" looking weird, he asked me what I wanted and typed an email to me while on the phone saying what I had purchased, but nothing official looking like you would expect when you purchase something online from someone you don't know. Example, when you buy something from an online retailer, they show you in writing exactly what you're purchasing, how much taxes were paid, how to refuse service if you're not happy, satisfaction guarantee, what to expect, etc to build trust and confidence. Nothing of that nature has been provided. He did tell me, "if this is a scam, why would I be calling you back?" I understand that argument too, so I proceeded to give him $360.00 for someone to write content for the website, in 2 payments. First payment was $200 for "invoice 36773" ( no invoice of that # provided) to "Animation Design Shop" on 11.3.21. He did however send and Invoice in a separate email numbered "Invoice # 021031793". The Second Payment was 11.17.21 for $160.00 with an "invoice Id# 37588" to "designweblogic.com" , but no follow up invoice to show that the service was fully paid or that they collected taxes. Do a "Business Search" on the Better Business Bureau website for "Logo Flex Design", you'll see my complaint filed and that they never replied. As you can see they currently have a "F" rating and more negative reviews with people having experiences just like here. I asked why they don’t have any content on their Youtube and Pinterest pages. Reply was “to show credibility” by having accounts, but no content. They keep deferring me to somebody else who continues to try to upsell me on services. I also looked them up on BBB recently and now it says they’re address is in “Lemon Grove, CA” as of 1.23.21, so it appears they are moving around. Also recently checked on California Secretary of State website and they are still not registered. I spoke with the Bakersfield, CA Treasury/ Permits department and they were not registered to do business in Bakersfield. This is not a legitimate company, if I could put more in here I would.

There is a group of companies that are all connected - Citrus Logo Design, Citrus Web design I seen the name Carl desouze mention in a post - he was the guy that screwed me at citrus logo - they said they fired him I wish I never dealt with these guys they screwed my from the start 1500 USD for logo and media progam

Flex design. Everyone in this company is shady. I'm fitting to get my money back. Carl D'Souza is a real thief and always put God up front to have good access to steal from people. He always say "God bless you" at the end of all his conversation. This company not completed the website for me. I have no website on the air not and they have a nerve to tell Chase Bank that the service was completed. Thank God my website business is going to open from another company in New York City someone that I could see face to face. As far as for Flex Logo design they all shady, scamer they stole $2300 from me. They never deliver me anything. Daniel is the guy that kept on calling me to convince me to give them opportunity to work for me for the website... NEW BUSINESS OWNERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Loved the design. They charged an add’l $300 without my permission and claimed that they refunded on their end. It never showed on my card end and had to dispute it which takes 45 days. Once I received my logos etc, we were told we could use them. Months later, we get a call saying that they need to be finalized and that we needed to pay for either the copy right or trademark to get the logo out of their name into ours…. That we couldn’t use it until it was in our name. I also asked for an invoice numerous times and still have not received it. Scam. Do not do business with these people.

Horrible response. Paid for domains and website work on Sept 6 and Oscar and Tyler ignore messages and calls. I was suppose to receive CMS which I have roof from their e mail . Looks like all is just a scam that our church put trust in. What a shame that people would stoop this low to steal from a church.

Don't give them a dime. So frustrated by what they have done and not completed for me.

This company is the worst I have ever worked with , hidden charges, unpleasant staff, poor response time, harassing calls and txt msgs demanding I remove my review, and the list goes on. Most recently ,since I won’t respond to their harassing calls anymore they reached out to trust pilot and claimed I was a fake review in hopes my review would be removed, jokes on y’all, I kept proof including screenshots and emails of having worked with y’all. Logo design flex, LEAVE ME ALONE!! If you all are going to have poor service be ready for poor reviews. Stop harassing people and being shady.👍

My rep Oscar is the best. For my start-up company he provided the excellent service that was needed to get my website and social media presence up and running. Yet again you guys are lying. I cannot reply to your remark so I’ll leave another review. You guys never delivered me anything. Carl said that he needed another $4,679 to put my website on a server or my customers information would be compromised, when they try and check out it would say that they are on a unsecured site if I didn’t get that server from your company. You guys are a scam, you never delivered, you scammed me and wanted to scam me out almost $5,000 more dollars. You made the website how you guys wanted not what I asked for. You guys are a scam. You also said the website would be done in July it’s September and still not completed or what I wanted - Logo Design Flex deceived me for my money!

Reply to their response: It wasn't successfully delivered to me. I purchased a logo design with unlimited revisions, as well as a 3 day turn around. It took two weeks for me to settle on accepting a banner design, leaving me to go elsewhere for my actual logo. Working with your "Team" has been a terrible experience, I wouldn't let you assist me with anything ever again. My original review is below, and I stand by it. Original repsonse: Absolutely the worst experience. I was told for my price I'd be working with team of designers, instead I worked with one designer who failed to follow even the simplest instruction for colors. I had to lower my expectations from a logo, to a simple banner design which wasn't even produced for me in the right colors. I have had better luck with Fiverr. If you want to throw your money away, it would serve you better in the trash than with "Logo Design Flex"

Kevin Reed designed a beautiful logo for my ministry. He went above and beyond by walking me through the trademark and copyrights process. Kevin is a hard worker with excellent customer service. I look forward to him designing my website in the future!

Very professional. Kevin Reed was great from the very beginning. He was very thorough in explaining everything I would be purchasing. He kept in contact with me via email, text and phone throughout the whole process. This company is doesn't have issues when you don't like something. Even if it's to change something small or revert back again. I will use them again if needed.
