I had the Go model but gave it away after receiving my Flex. These products work, they gave me my brain back. I cannot thank the brilliant folks at Aires Tech enough.

Australia | 30 September 2024Buying from Aus on a Saturday morning, my SHOPPAY account defaulted to another address that is not mine and I only realised after payment (I'd sent a gift to restaurant the previous week). I immediately contacted them via facebook and their support email. I hear nothing until Monday morning Aus time where they pretty much said, sorry too bad order shipped and we cant update, but you can though! UMMMM NO I CANT- I HAVE NO CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING. Atrocious customer service. Wish I had read more reviews before buying- but fell for the instagram>purchase after waking stooge! Also the prices changed twice from what was advertised to the cart. If I had know this, I would have avoided AIRESTECH like the plague. Even if this device works I'll be very reluctant to recommend to anyone. In a world of noise, service is KING! Edit to reply to below: Thank you for once again demonstrating the quality of your service. I wasn’t asking for the payment type to change simply the address. You instructed me to contact the courier. I had no courier details. Yesterday six hours after you replied this the courier details arrived. So I spent two hours back and forth with them to be told that they needed a new label to be issued by you to them and that I couldn’t change the address. A full refund only works if I have the product to return. When I originally contacted customer support there was two hours of US/Canada trading left. Instead of updating the label you replied three times yesterday plus responded to this review, yet did NOTHING to assist. For those wondering, good luck finding their Facebook or Google reviews. Massive red flag. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

United States | 29 September 2024I was hesitant to believe the claims. Took the leap and I'm not sure what to say other than I could feel a difference. I can't explain it. Things just got a little quieter. Quieter in regards to what I felt, not what I could hear. I've definetly been sleeping better without a doubt. However, I have the pendant one and it's like the lamination is lifting? And it looks like air bubbles around the square in the middle? I have not once worn it in the shower or gotten it wet so I'm unsure what caused it. I'm nervous because this thing was expensive. I feel it makes a difference but if this falls apart, I don't know that I would purchase again for this reason.

United States | 28 September 2024Support is horrible, all I got was excuses and no valid answers, their pricing is horrible and inconsistent, Using their custom bundles makes you pay more than not using them, they offer the zone and stand for less money than the price of a zone alone, this is total nonsense! The whole thing feels more like a big scam than an actual legit company. I ordered some products and they never got delivered. They are at the post office for some reason (pay hundreds of dollars to have to waste time and money going to stand in line at USPS to get your products! Where can I send the bill for my time and expenses getting the products that were not delivered to me?). They are charging horribly high price tag and cutting corners everywhere. Not even offering proper shipping to their clients. I would understand this kind of behavior for a company selling penny worth devices not products in the hundreds of dollars.

Canada | 21 September 2024I love this little device. I'm incredibly sensitive to EMFs and as soon as I opened the box I felt a shift. I carry it wherever I go. I put it in a sleeve and take it wherever I go. It's also really beautiful. I have another device that goes directly on my cellphone but it's just a black square. The Zone is gorgeous. It was fairly expensive so I can't buy more of them at the moment, but the investment was worth it, and I'd like to get some for my family and friends as gifts in the best future! I definitely feel the difference, better sleep, less limb heaviness and fatigue. Significantly less brain fog and irritability from feeling frustrated from trying to think so hard. A random thing I noticed is more bees follow me around and fly by my windows these days, but that may or may not be related. I just know EMFs interfere with the bees.

As someone who spends a lot of time close to a electrical devices like a cellphone, I was seeking for a way to reduce EMF exposure without interrupting my normal routine. First and foremost, the design is elegant and unobtrusive. It blends in smoothly with my decor and does not draw attention, which I greatly appreciate. Overall, I would strongly recommend the Aires Shield to anyone searching for a practical and effective approach to limit EMF exposure. It's a tiny investment for peace of mind, and I've personally experienced the benefits.

Australia | 03 September 2024I was unsure what rating to give. the product deserves a 5 star, the help a 1. I have a Lifetune flex that i wear everyday, now its not even one year old and the coating is coming off. after talking to customer service i was told they only have 6 months warranty which is ridiculous considering the price. i asked could i re coat it myself, i was told no they don't recommend it, and that i should just keep next to a wallet or away from humidity, both options not helpful. again i love this product and feel it helps me but the after care isn't there. hope this helps someone else. Will provide updates from airestech in the future 10/09/2024- Very appreciative to airestech for fixing the problem.

Australia | 23 August 2024Dated August 2024. I am a 59 years old woman, and while growing up it was extremely rare or non existent for me to get headaches of any kind. In the last 3 years, l had noticed slight gradual headaches that occurred but this was of no concern to me at the time, until it seemed to somewhat gradually increase along with feeling less motivated due to tiredness without a cause/reason. Then, l experienced, for the first time in my life, two migraines on seperate occasions, and a third migraine that lasted two to three days. I also began to experience some faint dizziness. Since, l’ve purchased Lifetune (One, Flex, and Zone) l have had no headaches, (not even a slight one), or dizziness and my energy levels have improved. I am considering a gradual purchase from you again for family/friends in the near future. Thank you to all the Airestech team for your professional support and genuine care for customers.
