I like the online magazine. It's helped me to feel less pessimistic, during difficult times. I like the focus on goal setting, stepping out of a rut, gaining momentum. I enjoy this and recommend for anyone needing motivational thought.

Happiful something for everyone, It's great on so many levels. The articles are fab, there's something in there for everyone. Each month I buy my copy and I also have a monthly subscription so.my daughter has a copy delivered. I also follow on social.media, this is a great way to.read through articles as a reminder as well as being able to contribute to the online pages. For mental health and wellbeing it's my favourite. Ps if you like a magazine the actual physical copy is like a luxury treat. Been reading for many years now

Always a bright moment when there’s a Happiful email amongst the daily drudge. Useful tips, insights, tasks and articles for improving and maintaining your mental health. Came across them when trying to find alternatives for the defunct Blurt foundation. Free digital version a Godsend!

Just amazing! Well researched and thoughtfully executed magazine. I have just discovered it through an online self care app and read online, however moving forwards I will be ordering a paper copy for myself and clients in my salon. This is one of the top dogs in the industry and deserves its place.

I came across it during my training and found at that time that many of their articles were close to my heart. I continue to read it and still find it useful in my private work

Happiful is totally unique. It is so well crafted and really speaks to the space of wellbeing and how we can all seek to lift each other and ourselves. A little piece of sanctity in a mad world

Changing mindset! There is always something to captivate me, I rarely read Happiful in page order, but more on how I feel, I flick through and then return again and again. The worksheets are interesting and offer an insight, again, I don't always complete these in any sort of set pattern depending of course on the input required. I would highly recommend Happiful for the many positives it brings.

I really enjoyed treating myself to a six months subscription after reading the online version and getting so much help from it. So many varied articles and lovely activities to support and uplift. Thank you. I'm passing them on and spreading the word!

I would love to know what my experience would be like. But every time I receive an email from Happiful, saying that my online version is free , I end up frustrated as it leads me to a page with two buttons to click: subscribe and buy a print edition. I have entered my email million times, received dozens of emails with confirmations but I can’t get any access to the e version of the magazine. Just letting you know, as probably I am not the only person struggling with it. So, if there’s a working button whether I am checking it from my computer or my phone, I would love to see it and finally get my online issue. If not, I would kindly ask you to unsubscribe me from those emails

Really positive and informative read no matter what the subject - I really like the fact there is always more that you can look into and they always give counsellors details as well. I started reading this online and found it a great help when feeling low or depressed due to bereavement. The articles take away the feeling of being alone and they lift your spirits.
