I give traders central 3 stars because of one thing, on their website they stated that after purchase you get MetaTrader login details within 24 hours but it took 4 days to get mine.

Having trading for over a year now and with some good result, I've decided to go to the next step which is getting funded. So after looking at some other prop-firms, I decided to go with Traders Central because to me they see the cheapest and easiest to pass which is a big plus. However the first minus to me is the time to receive your login credential, it took almost a day for it to arrive, and after you purchase the challenge, you'll need to choose the type of MT5 account you want (raw or standard spread, etc...), in the auto-mail they sent me it said "log into your portal and click on the notifications icon to finish your plan settings", but when I got to the noti I see none, so I have to go to Funding->My plan->OTF challenge and change it, I don't know if I forgot to do the plan setting or I don't find where to do it, I can get my login credential or not? The second minus is the time that my challenge will start, I don't know it is my fault to not read through the term enough time or it was a fault in the system or else but the challenge will start at the date I purchase the it, not the date when I place my 1st trade, because to my knowledge, with MFF and FTMO, they give you the luxury of starting the challenge when I made the 1st trade, not the time of purchase it. The last minus is that although they updated their trader dashboard earlier this year, it is still quite clunky, whenever I login I have to change manually from "OTF instant" to "OTF challenge" to see my stats, one day I almost freaked-out because all I can see is "0", it was a problem but the main problem is that it's not updating my progresses, my % gained, my trading days or my losses, nothing. This is really frustrating as I don't know did I do anything wrong and just lose the challenge or it just the system again, of course to my understanding, I did not breach and violation. I know that they are a new prop-firm in such a competitive industry and they still have room to improve so I hope that all the problems I did experienced would be solved and they can be more transparent about the challenge process.

If you had a 25k acc with a pending withdrawal make sure u update ur modes of payment on the portal and wait between 20th-22nd for your withdrawal. That's why TCF must and will be the leading prop company before year end. Hip-Hip-Hurray!!
