However, the experience with the customer service in answering the questions I had about rules and violations etc has been first rate. Fast, concise and well explained. Often these companies fall down by paying little to no attention to the customer experience when dealing with issues, but so far TC have been brilliant. I will definitely be signing up with them for a challenge

I bought the 50K Challenge evaluation account and I passed the phase 1 (even their dashboard indicated it). Then I received an email from their risk team that I did not use average lot size hence failed so I have to restart again. I contacted support telling them that consistency rule was removed but they told me that it doesn't apply on lot sizes. I requested for refund but they didnt respond. This is a pure scam, they will always come up with some funny reason. Please guys run away from this prop firm
