Since my son start Karate he became more confident in him and in what he does. I like the way the teacher speak with kids and explaining to them all the movements. I also like that at Karate Classes kids learning about self discipline, confidence and self defence)))

I have been training here for around 10 years. Very good and experienced instructor in shotokan karate who has trained under many big figures in karate. You will definitely learn true shotokan here.

DONT BOTHER IF YOUR CHILD HAS ANY UNDERLINE NEED. My child has ADHD and was refused entry before he could even try for one session, telling me “they don’t achieve!” He was written off before he could even try. They are ableist! I wouldn’t want to take my children anywhere that wrights them off before they’ve been given a chance, seen as Kids who couldn’t achieve anything before they have even met them. I would AVOID!

Excellent friendly tuition. My son started few months ago and have seen the change in his confidence. Great instructors. Looks forward to his classes.

I've been looking for a local Karate club or a while, for myself and my son to join. So glad I found JKA Academy. Sensei Sham Aktar and his highly experienced team want every student to enjoy the sessions and get the very best out of Karate, not just physically but mentally. Everyone is welcome and the club has a family feel that is inclusive for all, no matter what their experience. Highly recommended.
