I dealt with All-In-One to purchase an artificial Christmas Tree. Unfortunately, the first tree they sent out went missing during the shipment. I contacted All-In-One, and I must say they dealt with this situation impeccably. They shipped another tree that very day and dealt directly with the courier company e.g. taking the whole issue out of my hands. Upon receiving the Christmas Tree I must say the product is excellent. I would have no reservations in using All-In-One again.
