I've been working with Target Five as an investor for the last year, so I just wanted to leave my feedback for any other investors considering working with them. From start to finish, Andy and Tina have guided me through the investing process which I've found very reassuring. They both have a highly credible track record in property investing that they were able to clearly demonstrate to me. They are backed up by an excellent inhouse team that includes a project manager and letting agency, so they offered me a full end to end service for my investment property. Highly recommend

The property market is a difficult maze to navigate at the best of times. With T5 however, they help with this process which gives you peace of mind. I also find their honesty refreshing in an industry renown for having a bad reputation.

I received a letter in a handwritten envelope. On opening the envelope there was a letter addressed to someone else, signed by Andy Babbayan. The letter gave me the full address of this other person and details of their property Andy Babbayan is interested in purchasing. It also gave the Land Registry Ref No. I do not own the property being discussed in the letter. I am now thinking that a letter that should have come to me has been sent to someone I do not know, and they now have MY private and confidential information. I wanted to write to Mr Babbayan to register my upset at having received the letter. His company obviously has little regard to whom they send unsolicited mail and whose Private and Confidential information they pass on to others. The only contact method for Andy Babbayan is a telephone number and email. Neither of which I am willing to use. The only address is their Registered Office. Andy Babbayan seems willing to pass other people’s private addresses and property details onto others but does not appear willing for others to contact him other than by telephone or email. I am extremely disturbed about this use/distribution of private and confidential information. I would not wish to have any business dealings with this uncaring company. I am just wondering where the letter with all my details has landed!!

Despite being told and emailed that we are not interested we are still getting letters asking us to sell our property. We have lived here for 16 years and have no intention of moving out. We have asked them to remove our names from their register but this is obviously not being done as once again we have had another letter dated 9.05.21. We are now feeling pressured and are looking at taking this further as we feel we are being harassed.

Target Five's initial expertise comes in finding properties with potential that others can not see. Where others might see a house with a garage and a fairly large garden, Target Five can recognise the potential to extend that house from three bedrooms to six, demolish the garage and build a second house on the remaining land (for example). Second is the network of professionals in all areas of planning, architecture and building that can turn that potential into reality on budget. Finally they can provide long run support in getting properties let and managed once the project is finalised. For me this has opened up opportunities that would have been otherwise unavailable in property investing.
