I was quoted £90 over the phone for work needing done to my cat without them actually seeing him but when I went to collect him the receptionist informed me that I only needed to pay £30 as he wasn't as bad as they had expected.

United Kingdom | 11 March 2023I have given one star as they saw us at short notice and the receptionist was polite and helpful . The vet on the other hand was rude and ignorant beyond belief .
