Excellent customer service when I asked if Biotin was added to Vitality question was answered to my satisfaction very promptly. Ponies having no problem with the powder in their feed a little early to say how much of an improvement in condition it has made. Only 4 stars as let down by ParcelForce who failed to deliver to my address on 2 occasions. Will use the alternative courier service in future. Very happy to purchase from the company again.

Nice company to deal with. Have ordered Flaxseed oil twice now and ordering and delivery simple and speedy. My only niggle is it’s quite hard to decant the oil from the 5 ltr container, but I guess an easier pouring one would be more expensive?
