United Kingdom | 06 May 2024Keter products are inferior to what they say. Thin plastic brittle and if it snaps into place, your onto a winner. Though proceed with caution, as in no way is this plastic conducive to outdoors uk weather. The base of these structures weak and fragile, with zero tolerance to weight. On the upside, Critters love the calamitous of Keter….. if your wanting to increase the wood lice, ant, spider population, then Keter is not surpassed, it’s dodgy somewhat haphazardly build is not to be recommended, at all costs…

United Kingdom | 04 May 2024PURCHASED TWO CORTINA ALTO STORAGE UNITS . THE ROOF ON ONE IS DISTORTED AND RAINWATER POOLS ON IT . THE SECOND UNIT ALSO HOLDS RAINWATER . NB. THEY ARE ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY . UPDATE...I HAVE NOW HAD EMAILS FROM 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE EMPLOYED BY KETER , THE LAST ONE ASKING FOR PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE DAMAGE . THERE IS NO DAMAGE , AND I HAVE ALREADY SENT PHOTOS , AS REQUESTED BY A DIFFERENT PERSON , OF THE DISTORTION . UPDATE ....... KETER SENT AN EMAIL ON 9/5/24 SAYING REPLACEMENTS FOR THE DISTORTED PARTS HAD BEEN DESPATCHED . THEY INCLUDED A TRACKING NUMBER .....NO LINK OR DETAILS OF THE COURIER , SO I AM UNABLE TO TRACK THE DELIVERY......... UPDATE 13/5/24 .....NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST OF 10/5/24 ASKING FOR THE TRACKING INFORMATION.... KETER HAVE NOW REPLACED THE DISTORTED PARTS. TO ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH A PRODUCT , I WOULD SUGGEST CONTACTING JACK MCALLUM , CONSUMER ESCALATIONS.

United Kingdom | 02 May 2024UPDATE: Jack from Keter reached out following the review below and quickly organised a solution. I'm pleased to say that I'm happy with the resolution and have changed my 1 star review to 5 stars to reflect this. 4 years ago the hinges on my storage box warped and needed replacing. Being in warranty I advised Keter and was told they would be posted to me. I waited a few weeks and they never arrived. I followed up with an email in June 2020 but the hinges never arrived. In November 2023 the door lock broke, I contacted Keter once again and also mentioned the hinges which were never sent out. They advised that they would send both the hinges and door lock to me. 6 months later I have nothing. I have chased several times but it seems like they just don't care for the customer or servicing the warranty.

Ireland | 01 May 2024I ordered a second Eden Bench 265L (Graphite & Light Grey) for my parents after ordering one for myself which I was very happy with. However, the second bench came with a key piece missing (BKC) with no damage to the packaging. This means the bench cannot be used. Whilst initially disappointed, I thought that Keter customer service would send me a replacement part but their customer service team has not made contact despite numerous attempts to contact. Products are excellent, but beware of customer service and missing parts! UPDATE - RECEIVED PART ON 30TH MAY. HAPPY WITH PRODUCT NOW

United Kingdom | 30 April 2024I had 13'6 x 7'6 shed delivered last week. It is missing a number of parts and has number of broken parts so bad you can't get off the first page of instructions! I have rung Keter had somebody in call centre ask me to email pictures and details. E-mailed them have a reference number. But now days later having emailed repeatedly no response and their phonelines are down. Do I go back to the retailer for a refund?

United Kingdom | 30 April 2024I have had to resort to this as I have got nowhere in a week of trying daily to get in contact so hoping going through here may finally get me somewhere, always bought keter for storage and never had a problem. I decided to purchase a shed, big expense for me, got from wickes, one piece had a bit snapped of it which I did not know until the end, unfortunately it’s the bar that sits along the bottom of door so very noticeable. It says in instructions that if anything missing or broken to contact keter not who I got it from. I emailed a week ago, not heard anything, tried 3 days to call, message saying phones not in operation all 3 times, another day I finally got in a queue to be on hold for over an hour saying I was number 2 in the queue, gives you option for a call back so after an hour of getting nowhere I left the message and guess what no call back. Very disappointed with this service and has put me off ever purchasing again simply due to the customer service which is a shame. Would love to be proved wrong though if anyone from keter would like to get in touch with me, please don’t reply with please call or email as I have been trying!!

United Kingdom | 26 April 2024My two sheds had literally started to come apart at the seams. I went through the normal customer service channels who stated that I had caused the distortion by placing heavy items against the walls. This was not the case as the photos I sent in clearly showed. I escalated the issue and it was dealt with very promptly and professionally with an apology. The warranty was definitely worth having. This gave me renewed faith in Keter and I will continue to purchase their products.

United Kingdom | 25 April 2024I bought a keter corfu patio set from amazon (currently £349) in sept 22 and the sofa started to disintegrate within a year. It had been lightly used and stored appropriately during bad weather so I can only assume that the quality wasn’t good. I contacted Keter in August 23 under the warranty and they said they wouldn’t replace the sofa but would send me spare parts to repair it. The frame has collapsed and the panels split. Last week, after chasing them for months I was told the parts were still not in stock. I then spoke with Jack in the escalations team who was extremely helpful and offered to send me a replacement sofa. He couldn’t supply the same range as I had originally bought but it is a close match and hopefully better quality. Update as of 10/5. Sofa arrived as stated in delivery emails. Excellent quality (better than I purchased on Amazon). I was able to use it during the recent spell of good weather. Thank you Keter for resolving this.

I contacted Keter in December due to my shed door being ripped off by the wind causing damage to the door and the hinges to the point it can be used. They explained due to the damage being because of the weather it wasn’t covered under warranty (which I appreciated even the lock on the door clearly isn’t fit for purpose) they stated however that they would replace the parts as a gesture of good will - great! However the parts weren’t currently in stock and they don’t have a date when they will be so I should keep emailing to check. I have done this and was getting responded to everytime stating they still weren’t in stock - 3 months later I find that hard to believe. My last 3 emails have went with no reply - absolutely disgraceful customer service, down right rude to completely ignore emails and in my opinion downright lie about parts stock. Meanwhile my shed is sitting with 1 door completely off and all of our items open to the elements. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone especially with their inadequate locks never mind their customer service.

United Kingdom | 24 April 2024Purchased a storage unit to replace our shed, firstly when unpacking, there were no instructions, we had to find online and use an iPad out in the sun to assemble, not easy, secondly, partially built we couldn’t understand why the back wouldn’t sit right, the metal support bar supplied was too long! We had to get the unit built that day, as items from our old wooden shed were to be stored inside, fortunately my husband is competent enough and has the necessary tools to rectify this and we were able to complete the build. I then emailed yourselves, whoever dealt with my complaint didn’t read my message correctly, sending me a link to the instructions online & offering to send out a replacement part! Since then I have had further correspondence with the same advisor who very clearly doesn’t read or well, I am still waiting for a response from your latest communication and my subsequent reply, will I ever get one? UPDATE: Contacted today by Keter’s Jack McCullum-after sales co-ordinator, who explained to me the initial confusion when a customer advisor responded to my website enquiry. Jack took onboard my comments relating to the rear metal bar being too long and will feed this back, he is now processing a small payment as goodwill gesture. Thank you.

Il s'avère que je me suis trompée. J'ai reçu la bonne marchandise mais pas le bon manuel de montage. Durant cette période, le service client s'est montré réactif et a proposé des solutions. Je présente mes sincères excuses pour cela. Le coffre semble de bonne facture

United Kingdom | 18 April 2024Bought a large outdoor storage box for storing bird seed in the garden. Within a year had been eaten up by squirrels and mice. Warranty claim was rejected with staff being very rude not expecting there to be squirrels in a garden. Would not recommend as an outdoor product. Given they use their same plastic for all their products I would worry spending a lot of money on their plastic sheds only to have gaping holes within a year in the UK climate.

United Kingdom | 17 April 2024I purchased 2 sheds from a retailer. The first one went up well until it came to the rear roof panels when one broke putting it under the lip at the rear. To avoid a repeat I cut the other rear one. I didn't want the same with the second shed so completed the form on the Keter website asking for advice on how to fit those panels and attached photographs as asked. After several days I received an email that the parts I requested were not in stock. Clearly, my email had not been read. I rang and finally spoke to someone and asked him to read my email. He said he did but told me the parts were not in stock so clearly hadn't. When he finally read it he said it was my fault for putting the part numbers in. He didn't seem to be aware that the form requires those in all circumstances. I finally was contacted by Jack Collins of After Sales. He looked into it and apologised profusely for the abysmal [my term] service. He promptly sent me replacement panels for the ones that had broken and new gable ends which arrived very quickly. He also gave monetary compensation for the poor service. This would have been 1 star but Jack boosts it to 4 star.

United Kingdom | 12 April 2024Updated- Brought a shed and shelves online. Received an email saying it had been sent to the courier. (DX delivery) Who then messed up delivery 3 times. Meaning I was off work 3 days for nothing. Then they only delivered the sleeves. They then said I needed to speak to keter. The keter helpline wasn't the best (was caught in a loop) but I emailed them and I got a call back that day. Keter are good but the courier was terrible.

Je ne suis pas très doué en bricolage, mais je voudrai dire que la notice et la facilité de montage, restent pour moi le meilleur montage que j'ai effectué. Facile, compréhensible, acastillages de qualité. Je recommande ce produit.

Netherlands | 11 April 2024Het gaat om Keter Benelux B.V. uit Rijen (NL). De vergrendeling (onderdeel W26H) van mijn Keter Store It Out XL uit 2013 was afgebroken. Een e-mail naar klantenservice van keter.com resulteerde in een verzoek tot het opsturen van foto's, waarna ik het onderdeel ontvangen heb zonder verdere kosten! Mijn box kan weer even mee, maar in de toekomst zal deze zeker vervangen gaan worden door een nieuwe Keter, ook omdat de box uitstekend bevalt.

United Kingdom | 11 April 2024We ordered and paid for a medium size shed on 26/03/24 and are still awaiting a delivery date. On 5/4/24 we emailed Keter to ask when the shed would be delivered and were told that our query would be passed to the courier? To date we are still waiting for our shed and communication for Keter or the courier as to when the shed should actually arrive. The contact telephone number for Keter just goes straight to voicemail making it impossible to communicate with this company. Poor service Keter considering the money we are spending. Please note: Since I posted this review the after sales have kindly contacted me to listen to my feedback and explain their delivery processes. Our delivery has now been arranged.
