Mexico | 14 November 2017The company is broken. I called 2 weeks ago to change the DNS server because there was no option to do so on the backend -- how odd. Today, after 1 call, 2 emails, and a lot of waiting, it's still not fixed yet. The support guy said it'll take 1 week to fix. I told him I'll call him back in a week if it's not. Guess what? They didn't fix it until 1 week and 1 day. I'm pretty sure that was intentional. Don't do business with them.

Germany | 05 July 2016Domain wird als frei angezeigt, man registriert sich und zahlt per Paypal. Plötzlich bekommt man eine Email, das die Domain doch nicht mehr frei. Bin mal gespannt, ob ich innerhalb 24 Stunden mein Geld INKLUSIVE Paypal-Gebühren zurück überwiesen bekommen, ansonsten werde ich einen Paypal-Fall eröffnen. Wollte dort eigentlich nicht mehr bestellen, da Domains einfach gelöscht werden, wenn das Guthaben nicht ausreicht. Angeblich kommt eine Email mit der Ablaufzeit, aber bei mir kam gar nichts an.
