Excellent and extremely fast service. I ordered wool and it came in a flat vacuumed bag which reduced packaging. The wool bounced back to shape immediately - almost like magic!

I placed an order with another company who unexplainably cancelled my order. Whilst searching online I stumbled onto TJ Crafts website. I ended up purchasing exactly the same order that I had with the other company, and even though I had to pay postage, I still saved £7. I placed my order with TJ Crafts on a Friday and my order arrived by courier the following Monday. I will definitely shop with them again and, depending on Covid restrictions, will visit their shop in Cornwall when I’m on holiday later this year.

I ordered some wool over the phone this week as I wasn't sure what I wanted. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, very efficient and my wool arrived 3 days later. The prices are very reasonable and I am pleased to be able to support a small UK business. Well done.

I ordered one ball of style craft wool to finish off a jumper. It arrived at least 4days early which was welcomed. It arrived vacuum packed, something I’ve never seen before. But what a brilliant idea. I cut the bag open and out it popped. I’m sure I will be using this supplier again.

I only wanted three balls of yarn to complete a crochet project and wasn't sure which company to use. I decided to 'go' with TJ Crafts and am so very glad I did as I received such excellent customer service with the yarn arriving very quickly indeed. I have been using T J Craft for all my knitting and craft work and I wanted to say how fantastic they have organised their shop under the covid restrictions. I was saddened by the review of the lady complaining that she could not go behind the counter. These are testing times for us all and common sense must prevail. Well done T J Craft for being able for all of us to see all the fabulous items that you can buy for knitting or any craft work as well as sewing. As for the comment regarding being rude, this is a preposterous statement. You could not have a more friendly welcome. Keep doing what your doing T J Craft, a wonderful job.
