I placed my order in March, and then the 'rona caused craziness in the market, so I settled in for a wait. I agreed to accept some substitutions for some pieces in my order that had become uneconomical to acquire with the market shift, and ended up getting some very nice pieces that made my overall order a much better investment and less money wasted in overhead! When I ordered (10) 1 oz “mix n match” I expected at least some verity. I received all 10 of the same round. I’ve ordered before and always receive great service and love this company. Was just the slightest bit bummed to see all the same item. No biggie though. I will order from them again.

Did not have in stock what I ordered. Refunded my money and called to tell me so and offered no comparable substitute. I was not in a rush so I could have waited but was not an option given. Can't back up what they offer. Didn't make it right. Just wasted my time.
