Received a better car than promised , wonderful , a slightly older car , but I have no issues with that . In fact it’s preferred . Will be hiring with them next year . An idea might be to make it more obvious how you book in on arrival ,& the entrance where you return the car, a small thing , but a brilliant experience, Well done guys

United Kingdom | 11 November 2024Having booked & paid for a car under the old owners & hearing nothing back from them after reprated requests about my booking, I was genuinely expecting to lose my fee. However, after communicating my concerns to the wonderful Agi (a representative of the new owners), their management agreed to refund me my money in full (this being in spite of the fact they actually never received the funds in the first place). So, despite my experience being a less than perfect one (hence me rebooking elsewhere), it would appear the new owners are an honourable lot & let's hope that they can restore this business in the future to one worth booking with (fingers crossed).

Denmark | 01 November 2021If we could, we would give 0 stars. We arrived at the airport - no shuttle. We had to call the office and they said we should walk to their office. When we arrived, the guy asked us to fill out a check in form and then the guy just dissapeared (probably because his girlfriend was there). We had to wait some time before he got back. Then they couldn't take my creditcard because my husband was the driver and we didn't want their insurrance. The guy said that the signature on the credit card receipt should correspond to the one on the contract. So he wired the deposit money back. But he didn't want to take my husbands Visa card. The solution was to buy an additional driver. Then we could use my credit card and suddenly no signature on the credit card receipt was needed, now it was the pin. We asked why we couldn't do that at first and he said "you don't understand". So it is a big scam just to sell extras. And the guy just got more and more unfriendly. No servicemindedness here at all. Then he presented a car with so many dots and dents and damages and said he had picture of it all, so they would be able to find anything additional. We asked after inspection to see the pictures because the ones presented to us didn't have all the marks. Than he got very annoyed when we asked to see the pictures and zoom in, because we wanted to see if they really had all the damages registered. He got really pissed and sighed and told us he had been friendly, but now it was enough. I almost felt threatened. We have so many pictures of that car now taken in the dark, because after the treatment we got, I am sure they will find some small damages and charge us. And the deposit takes up to 5 week to get back!! But if we paid some extra it would be quicker???? I was wondering if they had charged prior customers , but not used the money to do the repair .... this could be fraud. I am not looking forward to returning the car ... I don't want to feel like this again.

Denmark | 13 October 2021Værste selskab at leje bil hos.Lejede bil i august måned 21 og havde aftalt pris hjemmefra med betaling ved ankomst. da vi ville betale ville de kun akceptere vores kreditkort hvis vi tegnede den dyreste forsikring så kunne vores kort godt bruges.De snyder helt bevidst deres kunder da man kun kan få lov til at betale hvis man køber deres dyreste forsikring. Snydeselskab hold jer langt væk.

Canada | 29 May 2020Buyers beware. Do not believe the terms of your contract. I requested a refund 6 weeks prior to my reservation and iceland car rental will not issue a refund. They will not even answer my emails. So be very careful your at risk of fraud...
