Items came shipped fast. Ordered Friday and got it Monday. Customer service seems to be good. I always communicate with them through Instagram. Product is a little pricey but legit. I think it's because shipping is baked into the price. The power rack I ordered is over a couple hundred pounds. I got what I wanted from them.
