I have asked for a refund, no response, tracking number comes up as not recognised due to item being delivered from China. Dont have a number or any other form of contact for them. No response what so ever.

United Kingdom | 25 August 2020This company do not inform buyers items come from China. They have no customer service. I asked to cancel my order after it didnt arrive. Something has arrived now after 50 days or so, I havent opened it as I can tell its not what I thought I was ordering. I have asked by email for a return address no reply. I have not had a response to 4 emails. I would give no stars if it was an Option.

United Kingdom | 15 August 2020I ordered a exercise bike on the 10th May 2020 they stated it would be delivered within 10 to 30 days their customer service is horrendous 4 emails and I tried to contact via Their what’s app Chat but Only received 1 reply From the first email I sent them in June I Received my exercise bike on the 13th August this was after I had paid an extra £21.74 for customs tax I would never had ordered the bike if I knew it was going to take 3 months and it was coming from China when I ordered it they stated it was in stock nothing to say it was coming from China and it would cost my an extra amount to get it through customs it’s the worse experience that I have ever had when ordering over the internet they take your money and then ignore you when all you ask for is up dates on your order you don’t receive any apology for they way they treat you I would never use this company again and certainly never recommend them

United Kingdom | 14 July 2020If I could give no stars, I would!! Absolutely appalling customer service. I am now trying to get a refund for my order that has never been fulfilled. No tracking information on an order that was placed and paid for on 3rd June. Why didn’t I look at Trustpilot first!!

United Kingdom | 12 July 2020My daughter ordered a exercise bike in May and we still haven’t received it. I’ve messaged many times and have only received a reply once. The whole situation is ridiculous, not helped by the generic reply you receive. Absolutely shocking customer service. We can’t even track it! Update : 23rd July, still no bike, still no refund. Update ~ 13th August, letter from Parcelforce telling my daughter that the customs charge hasn’t been paid on her parcel. £21...... Update ~ 14th August, bike arrives 4 months late. Came from Singapore!! Can’t even put it together and use it, half the bolts and screws are missing 😡😡 These cowboys can’t even give us a response. Disgusting

United Kingdom | 16 June 2020As at 16th June only had 2 emails and no treadmill.This was ordered on 19th May.Took forever to be told it was damaged and they would refund.No money in bank as yet.Shocking customer service even on watsapp.This does not help as it was supposed to be a bargain and now the same goods are double the price.Do not trust this site.Very disappointed

United Kingdom | 11 June 2020Worst shopping experience and customer service ever. First, it's after I ordered that I knew that I can take from 8 to 25 days to deliver. So basically, their address is in the UK but they ship things from China. It is just a drop shipping website. I have been waiting for a mat for almost a month and a half. I tried to contact the customer service by email and WhatsApp, no answers. If I ordered a mate for half the price through aliexpress, I would have received it quicker. Avoid unless you want to loose your money.

I have ordered other items from other web sites after this which have arrived from China so don't understand what the postal delay is. The only response from any e-mail I have sent was when I said I was thinking of ordering other items but was worried about doing this as my order hadn't arrived. It seems that you will get a prompt response if they think they can get more money out of you. Have never had such a bad service and believe that I have lost my money as I have asked for a refund and still not had a response. DON'T USE THIS SITE

I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt being a brand new company, but am now wondering whether they started up just to prey on people stuck at home desperate for exercise gear with no idea how to meet any of the orders. I ordered a treadmill 7 weeks ago (at the time I ordered it stated 5-15 days FAST DELIVERY from France) and it still hasn't arrived. Any tracking information I can get hold of seems to indicate that it is being shipped from China and the latest update on the tracking was over a week ago in Lithuania. Goodness knows where it is now. I was initially impressed with their prompt responses to my queries on WhatsApp, but they are no longer replying to my messages and have not offered a refund. Guess I will have to seek my money back from my credit card provider. I would really suggest avoiding this company as they cannot meet any of their commitments. Indicated in their reply below that they would refund my money and leave me with the product. As of 18th June, still no refund or product. As of 22nd June - at least I have now been refunded. But am still without a treadmill which I ordered almost 2 months ago now. Very, very disappointing. If I weren't so absolutely fuming with anger, it would be funny! There is a tracking number shown on my order details - I have been (im)patiently watching and awaiting this parcel all the way across land from China - eventually arrived in the UK yesterday - delivered today - but not to me!!! No idea what it was or who it was for, but the whole thing is a sham/scam!

Reply to Amazing body and mind’s reply; Ok, you did not respond via WhatsApp within 24 hours it took 3 days, I have never emailed you. We have been waiting 7 weeks, upon ordering we were advised 15-30 days, 7 weeks is much longer than expected and much longer than stated on your wedsite. You have now refunded us but we still have no product so what you claim is false. You surely should have refunded us and given us the product also if that’s your policy?! Never mind we’ve gone elsewhere and received the product in 4 working days.
