Fantastic choice of wallpapers to choose from, also the cheapest site for this product. I searched four different sites that sold this paper and wallpaper on line were the cheapest by several pounds . The site was easy to navigate and to place an order. The paper was delivered well within the time of expected delivery . Would definitely use this company again .

I was a bit dubious but was pleasantly surprised when the wallpaper was delivered. It's a quality paper, not at all thin and the colours are beautiful, more vivid than it shows on the website, but works wonderfully well with the design. I've not hung it yet but am looking forward to doing it soon.

Ordered as it was cheaper than Wickes and B&Q. Had to wait a little while for delivery, but that was fine because I wasn’t ready to start decorating yet. Gave me the chance to strip walls and repair drill holes. So all in all great service. Driver was very polite. So will recommend.

The package only had one inflated inner protective thing inflated inside, hence the edges were slightly damaged on the first section on the roll but managed. Couldn't understand why the paper isn't protected top and bottom of the roll as well as the sides in the box. Ordered my first from another company but this exact make and batch number and it was also packaged to protect the length and not top and bottom of the roll edges inside, seams strange as this is where the most damage can accur and can be seen when butting up the edges when applied to the wall. My paper looks great but you can see the fine line where the paper has obviously been pushed and pressed up and down in the box in transit.

I’ve ordered wallpaper which arrived in adequate time. I did have an issue with trying to return 2 non used wallpaper however this was quickly rectified. Overall great experience and will be purchasing another order for our next project.

Great wallpaper, delivery was quick. Wallpaper looks great on the wall. Very happy with the purchase. Only issue I have is that the calculator suggested we need 3 rolls but we only required 1 and half.

Absolutely beautiful wallpaper, expensive but you get what you pay for. This William Morris design has transformed our dressing room and thrilled with it. Delivered very promptly and ahead of time therefore would recommend using this particular wallpaper company as cheaper than any of its competitors.

Really happy with the customer service. This site had the wallpaper I wanted for my childrens room at the best price I could find online. Delivery within a few days was great. When it came I realised the price had dropped further and when I emailed to ask the difference was refunded straight away. Great service and I will order again in future

Avoid avoid avoid…Ordered and paid for a sample on 11th June,a week later and no sample..Emailed the company and had a super speedy response from Katie she assured me she will get the sample sent out and refund me my money and guess what no sample and no refund..Iv disputed with PayPal ..don’t even want the sample now as there is no way I would put in a £300 order for wallpaper…Guess what guys since this review and them saying they will send more samples still haven’t received any samples …It’s a total scam please please avoid…

Week commencing 12th June Absolutely first class - the level of customer care, communication and action was exceptional from Katie. Proper old school customer service - a real thing of the past. Wallpaper was gorgeous and £40 cheaper than buying it directly from the company who makes it. It was £200 a roll on their site and £160 on Wallpaper Online. Arrived via UPS and was well packaged.

It hasn't arrived, and you send me a request to let you know how it went? Badly, is the answer. You charged my card immediately and promised delivery within five days. It's been a week. No updates, your online chat is disabled, you don't respond to email and your phone's recorded message says you're not taking calls. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The wall paper is very good. The decorator said he could not fault the quality. How ever the delivery was a couple of weeks after your original promise. So the decorator had to be cancelled and re booked. The job was finally done 3 months after the order.
