United Kingdom | 29 January 2021Ordered from trenddirectuk and got robbed. I ordered 10no drill bits but when I opened the box it only had 2no in. Expected the other 8 to follow. They didn't. I was not automatically refunded. Had to chase up and was told the product had been discontinued. Was told they wouldn't refund any of the delivery cost because they made a delivery. But I wouldn't have paid £4.20 delivery for 2no £3.94 drill bits would I?! Apparently I am in the wrong and I'm not getting this money back.
