I approached C&D and a couple of other brokers with a very last minute deadline. Felix managed to get me an amazing last minute deal, far better than other brokers I was also speaking to. Rhia managed to process the application and payout all within a few days! They both made the car purchase so easy and stress free, I won’t be going anywhere else in future!

Where do I start ? Over the years, I have always used dealership car finance and coming from a dealership background myself, I am fully aware that 9 times out of 10 all the dealer really cares about is the commission coming there way. I heard about Charles & Dean a lot of times over the years, but never took the time to make an enquiry but on my latest purchase, I finally pulled the trigger and gave them a call. I was greeted by Alex Clothier and from the absolute get go, he was a pleasure to deal with and someone who clearly knew his stuff from top to bottom. Throughout the process he left no stone unturned in terms of my requirements and was constantly there when ever I required numerous quotations or had one of many questions at all times. I finally made a decision on a car and the deal Was simply one a dealership could never had matched and with that I got a level of service that they could also never have matched. The deal was absolutely seamless and Alex provided a level of service that was second to none. This is the start of many future deals with myself and Alex and the Charles & Dean team, and one thing is for sure, I will not be going any where else in the future.
