Easy to use system with many features helpme i managing the restaurant.

My experience with SkyTab has been wonderful. The stress of opening up a new business is a lot, but having Aaron to help me along the way was amazing. He broke everything down for me to understand and he never had a problem answering any question of mine.

Initial contact was done in timely manner. Set up support was excellent we have never used any POS system but was easy to operate and having live support on site was extremely helpful.

From start to finish of signing up to the communctication emails along the process of deployment to deliver, excellent! The system was very easy to set up and get connected. The backend is very user friendly to create the menu items. Really happy we chose SkyTab!

We upgraded from the old micros e7 system in June and couldn't be happier. The interface is logically laid out and changes can be done either from the office pc or the POS terminals themselves (support is able to tie right in to each station). Daily reports can be customized to provide the user with exactly what info their particular business needs. Also, the InCharge app gives real time snapshots of how business is going. I use this way more than I thought I would. All in all this is worth the nominal monthly fee, especially since customer support is included.

I like the fact that I have Tamara as my sales Rep and she comes any time I need her. Skytab has been great and I have told my friends about this.

Overall, great experience. Stephen made the process very easy as he set up the whole system and answered any questions that we had. He made sure the POS/printers were up and running and patiently walked us through the system. The POS is the best my restaurant has ever had. Simple, yet has everything we could possibly need; employee hours, loyalty program, & works with my delivery platforms (Ubereats, Doordrash)... The biggest plus for me is how quickly the system itself actually runs, no delays, no glitches.
