So I signed onto an initial 6 month plan and asked Nick to kick my butt. I've now renewed that twice as the results that Nick and team have been able to drive has been exactly what I was looking for. Over the course of the first 12 months, working out 3 days a week, I was able to drop 25% of my body weight while putting on decent muscle. Nick helped me get into the best shape I've been in over the last 15-20 years. I feel athletic again and look forward to keep pushing that further as he continues to pivot my workout plans to adjust and push me to the next level.

Even just after a few weeks I can already see and feel the difference in my body, my fitness, my strength and my mindset. Not only does Nick have great chat and humour, which makes the sessions fly-by, but no session has been the same since I started, keeping it super interesting and varied and helping me feel more comfortable with a variety of equipment so I can apply what I've learned to my own sessions in the future. Things started to happen almost instantly: the sessions were challenging but always fun and engaging because that’s the atmosphere Nick and the rest of the team bring to every session. I’ve built a routine where i had a mental and physical outlet and came out each time feeling stronger, fitter and slightly better about myself. Physical results were indisputable too - i’ve lost over 20 pounds in the first two months or so. This is still a journey for me, but one that i will continue with Platinum Training.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2024My wife and I started training (separately) with Nick in April 2023, 3x per week, after buying a starter package which was excellent value. He has a great approach to how he trains each individual and doesn't just lump you in doing the same thing as everyone else; you tell them what you want to achieve and they help you get there. 10 months on and we are both different people now and with very different needs from when we began so Nick has introduced us to different parts of his team like Emily for strength and we continue with Nick for the conditioning and overall management of our goals (and the banter!). We now train once a week with Platinum and the rest on our own after being given the knowledge, skills and confidence to go and do it ourselves. I like this as it doesn't feel like they are trying to get maximum money out of you, they just want you to achieve your goals in a way that is best for you. Couldn't recommend Nick and the team highly enough.

Each session was intense and progressive to improve the body's endurance and strength. I really enjoy the sessions and look foreardto them. The results have been incredible so far thanks to Nik's coaching and constant encouragement. I would recommend Nik without hesitation.

I was always apprehensive about any physical activity due to some health issues I thought were too limiting to even think about a "normal" gym membership. He tailored the plan to account for my fitness level and all the health limitations I threw at him. The sessions were arranged around my schedule in various locations to make training as easy for me as can be. Together with a personalised meal plan from their great nutritionist I achieved my weight loss goal and improved my fitness easier than I though was possible. I have now trained with Nick and other Platinum Training trainers for good few years and I can recommend all of them. Highly professional, knowledgeable and all together great people to be around and train with.

Nick was able to arrange sessions that suited my schedule, in varying locations throughout the week to make it easy for me. We got on super well and training sessions were fun, chatty, and challenging. My fitness has massively improved and I can't thank Nick and his team enough for helping me get into a good routine :)

My two months are almost over, and I have to say I will definitely miss the training session with Nick. I feel stronger and look more athletic and leaner. He is excellent at explaining new workouts, pushing me to my limit every session, and just being a wonderful and funny trainer. I will definitely be coming back in the future to progress in my fitness journey with Nick.

I must say that Nick is by far the best I have trained with. He is not only my trainer but he has also become a very good friend in my fitness journey. I am 3 months into my training and I can see a big difference in my fitness levels compared to what I was when I started. I am now so much fitter and stronger - thanks to Nick! I have in fact renewed my sessions with Nick for another 3 months because he fully understands what works best for me and he customises my workouts accordingly. Every single session is more intense than the previous one and Nick truly pushes you to go as far as you can. However, at the end of every workout session I walk out of the gym with a great sense of achievement and a smile on my face (albeit sweaty!). I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get fit to go for Platinum Training.

United Kingdom | 19 July 2021I gained weight during COVID-19 and I was doing home workouts nearly everyday with terrible nutrition. I used Platinum training with a friend and I have 0 regrets, Nick and his squad of PT's are fabulous. they've been able to cater to all our needs, been encouraging, caring and oh so knowledgeable. Also this was my first time ever stepping foot in a gym as I was a home workout fanatic but I have been converted, I've gained knowledge on fitness and nutrition and I don't detest blanking...as much as I did before. I also have a knee injury that they were extremely sympathetic towards. I am down 8 - 9kg from only the 30 sessions (I made a conscious effort not to check the scales too much) since the lockdown I finally feel comfortable in my clothes again. Thank you Platinum Training 😭😭 (insert cheesy grin and high fives! as the credits role)

Following lockdown weight gain, and loss of motivation, I can't rave enough about how happy I am that I found them and took the plunge to start the sessions. I feel stronger, fitter, I'm down almost a stone in weight, but most importantly I'm happier and healthier, and genuinely enjoying the exercise we do in the sessions. The guys really understand what they are doing, and can help to tailor the experience to what you need, while still pushing you! I couldn't recommend highly enough, lovely company, wonderful people! Nick is full of enthusiasm and passion for what he does, and it really comes across and helps to keep motivated yourself, and Anna is just the best, very caring and understanding but also pushes me to the next level. I look forward to every session, and I miss the sessions when we need to reschedule!
