Awful company. Ordered a 3x3 gazebo through Ali express, they sent the the 2x2m. Ali express kept denying the return, finally after multiple videos of proof they approved the return but I was being asked to pay return postage for THEIR mistake. Finally got in touch with mcc direct who arranged collection of the incorrect gazebo, no collection turned up and they have ignored me ever since. After showing this proof of being ignored , Ali express finally refunded me. Awful dreadful company most likely run by the usual suspects.Not to mention the gazebo is absolute rubbish which has collapsed already with the smallest amount of rain.

Terrible customer service. Ordered via b&q not knowing it was a reseller. They sent the wrong product and it takes them 48 hours minimum to respond to queries. We’re on day 5 after contacting them no return is arranged and I’m told I can’t get a replacement in time. However this could have been avoided should they have actually replied in a timely manner.

This company has stolen 107.99 of my money and airing my messages and b&q are doing nothing about it! I cancelled this order way before the dispatch and they ignored my message and sent the chairs with shitty yodel. They are now telling me to chase the courier myself and not refunding my money. I don’t have the chairs and I’m at a loss!!

MCC direct Warning steer clear as the products that they sell are unsafe. I just purchase a trampoline from them. The box was CE marked but nothing else. The main fixing screws supplied were too short (screw thread only picking up on maybe two threads of the threaded tube fixings, within the frame work of the trampoline). The screw thread should pass all the way through the treaded part of the frame fixings, as if not it will simple fall apart. Also any screw fixings in this instance should be supplied with some form of a spring washer, so to prevent the screws from coming undone. Even the protective spring cover mat, the material ties attached to it weren’t made correctly. They couldn’t be tied off where it said in the instruction, as too short and incorrectly attached to the cover. One of them, the tie off end, was even stitched down in error to the cover. All in all a very unsafe product with no true CE certification. Reading other reviews of other products sold by them, they also sound like they aren’t CE certified. If you ever buy anything from this company only buy it on a credit card, otherwise I guess you will be out of pocket!

Appalling from start to finish, I purchased a gazebo which was delivered 2 weeks late and the anniversary party which is why I purchased the gazebo, was ruined due to rain. Then I realised they had sent the wrong gazebo, I contacted them but to no avail, they even admitted I had purchased a gazebo with sides then went back on what they had said in their email to me. Worse company I have ever dealt with, steer clear at all costs.

Since my last review of mcc direct ... I got in touch with them again as a couple of the poles on the frame had snapped, they promptly resolved this issue as way of a refund ...this company must be the best I have ever had to deal with excellent aftersales..rapid responses by emails ...keep up the good work and thanks you've been great.

Absolute joke, ordered gazebo from B&Q then was told it was being sold by this company that I have never heard off, items said it was dispatched so been checking the tracking and it has not! I waited in yesterday as it said it was being delivered, I have then googled to see if I can see any reviews and gosh, I won’t be buying from B&Q ever again then if they use people like this. Not received the gazebo asked for refund, they have put down that I have changed my mind as the reason! It is not! And it says I will get my refund in 14 days. Honestly how is this legal. If your reading this then most likely it’s too late for you also.

BEWARE!! I ordered a complete red gazebo with walls and weights for nearly £70.00 on the The Range website. It arrived a few days later. It said on the box 'part 9/10, we only ordered 1 item not ten. It stated on the box 'gazebo Without walls' there was no walls or weights included. Tried calling now for days and had no response. Been emailing no response. Visited The Range they said 'nothing they can do' we have to contact their Customer Service, who won't answer calls. Disgraceful!!

Well well well after reading most of the comments on here must say had me panicking for a bit however I did order 6 dining chairs about 10th May 24 & low and behold the following week they arrived in perfect condition absolutely made up with them so a 👍 up for mcc direct once again thank you excellent job

**AVOID** **AVOID** **AVOID** An absolute joke of a “company” I ordered radiators for throughout my apartment. The order is nearly a week late. I have chased it up every day via B&Q and MCC themselves. I have emailed both about 10 with no response. I have an 18 month old baby and a 4 year old. My apartment is freezing. I wish I looked at previous reviews before ordering. I can now see why they have 1/5 star reviews. Please avoid, you will thank me

Fraudlant seller - Avoid at all costs All the reviews provided for this seller are correct. I wish I had read them before placing an order. It's been 3 weeks and so far no response from the seller. They do not respond to any communication, not even the one I raised through Paypal. Better not waste your time and money.

I ordered grey chairs. Seller sent me defective blue chairs with missing instructions in a broken box. The chairs were of such a bad quality that they broke and hurt my 2 year old baby and my 70 year old aunt. Seller doesn't read my messages, keeps sending me automated messages and keeps asking for the same information over and over again. Seller thinks by doing this, he will not have to refund me or provide me with replacements. The seller had the audacity to message me that if I return the items, he will not refund me and/or not refund me the shipping costs. Now the chairs have to go to the scrapyard and my money went into the bin, too.

I ordered some chairs from b and q or so I thought, but they were from MCC omg to say their customer service is non excsistant is being nice! They sent a wrong colour chair so ok mistakes happen, but they still haven't collected the wrong 1 and delivered the right 1 despite having to change my shifts around to wait in for a delievery for it not to come!! And today 3 weeks later oh I have a delievery well sorry were both in work!! Never and I mean never will I buy from them again!! No human contact throughout this I had to ring b and q but because its not really them they just kept saying they would ring them. So be careful ppl just a warning!

Not worth the star it's been given. Faulty and dangerous products. Bought a baby cot from them and the plastic teething rail snapped and splintered leaving my baby with cuts on his face. No interest from the company, no apologies, advised nothing they could do other than provide another rail (no thanks) steer clear! Escalating via trading standards as serious safety concerns
