I have purchased some pen kits from prokraft and have found them to be good quality. I have had a excellent customer service from them when I struggled to place an order. There is a you tube video to show you how to put their kits together if you require one.

I phoned this company to ask where my order was. He explained how the couriers were somewhat unreliable. (Someone elses order had taken 3 weeks). He said "if I didn't like it I should go elsewhere" and hung up the phone!!! I then tried to track my order using my account on their system only to find he'd blocked my IP address from his website. Terrible customer service. AVOID...

Simply great. An excellent (and it appears ever growing) range of project kits and parts. Order was despatched quicky and arrived well packaged and organised. The best part is that all the kits and parts have actually been made so you can be confident in what you're buying. The videos are really useful and show how everything works - it was so reassuring that they caused me to buy more kits than I set out as I genuinely thought "I can do that!" even with basic equipment. I haven't needed to be in touch directly, but I'm sure that if I did have any issues with the kits then Prokraft would be very helpful.
