Great service and attention to detail.

Barbara walked me thru testing the adapter board. We confirmed it was defective. The same day she shipped out a replacement. Excellent customer service! Very pleased with the battery packs. They were on for about 12 hours each day and the batteries in the pack worked for 3 days straight.

The communications via messenger with an older product that just didn’t seem to work, but I never got a chance to open for a long time… Everybody at brickstuff was professional and amazing. Thank you!

I love Brickstuff. Everything they have for sale is so easy to integrate with everything else. I bought new light systems that plugged in so very easily with the others that I already had. Now I have street lights and stoplights in my city that look absolutely amazing. The shipping was so fast that my order was here before I even realized it. I'd like to give constructive criticism but I don't have any. Just keep doing what you're doing.

They back their products and work with the customer to solve the issue.

I already have a few really fantastic sets from Brickstuff that show off my Lego collection with vehicles wonderfully. It's nice to know that there are enthusiasts like Rob and his team out there who have the same if not greater enthusiasm for Lego than you do. All components are very professionally manufactured and work perfectly. Only the website with the associated shop always takes some getting used to, it's a bit awkward to look for parts. You should also be able to create your own profile/account in order to "see yourself". Above all, you should be able to view your order directly, which can sometimes change during the current order. Keep up the great work, I hope I'll get a few short videos of my installed parts soon, but I still have to hide the cables a little and possibly notch a few small transparent light parts.

My old Technic shuttle's wiring fell apart years ago and I was not able to use any of its power functions. I reached out to Rob and he accepted the challenge of building me a custom kit that not only updated the wiring but gave me USB power and LED lighting in the back. I could not be happier.

I have tried kits from several Lego lighting companies, and there ARE a couple other good ones out there, but this is THE stop. They only have lighting kits for a select few Lego models, but WOW! These kits are eye-popping! And the team is top-notch, too! I have had personalized service from the shipping department, but Rob, the Chief Enthusiast as his title says, has really come through for me more than once, designing some very specific components for me. If you have questions about your layout, and from the forums that really does include most any hobby that might look better with lights, don't hesitate to reach out to them because these folks really are passionate about miniaturization and lights. And like I said, they don't have JUST Lego lights, they also have many powering options like battery boxes and USB cords, interface devices for other company's products like Arduino and Circuit Cubes, as well as interfaces to work with other Lego lighting companies products. They even have TINY OLED TV screens that you can load your own files onto, and even miniature video game screens. Stop on in and take a look at what they have, they really have an amazing selection, and if you have questions about whether something will work for you or if you don't see quite what you're looking for, drop them a note because the LOVE hearing from customers! The review only allows for one date, but really these guys have been helping me all year long.
