I have been ordering from here for several years. They have a huge variety and great prices. Always ship fast and occasionally have a surprise freebies in my package when it arrives. They recently changed shipper and my order was lost. I contacted them and they sent me a new order right away. Thank you Vape Society for taking care of me.

I use to love this company but they have definitely changed. I used to get my order very fast but now they have a new delivery service & still don’t have what I ordered. It’s been two weeks now. I will be going with another company from now on.

Shipping takes about a week. It depends. But they do deliver as promised. They have a ton of different vape juices and salt nics to choose from. Really great vape. Tastes identical to fruit loops with a slight milky aftertaste. This vape is smooth as butter with virtually no throat hit to speak of. It is eerie how close of a flavor match it is to the real thing.

I was overcharged with excess tax $38.48 and adult signature $7 what is this tax for buying Vape stuff and California is 12.5 I even talked to a vape shop here in San Jose California I should get a refund for the $38.48 and the $7 that I was overcharged.. I have bought Vape juice over 50 times from other companies I figured I'd try out this company but they overcharged me $48.48 overcharged..

Juices are great. One arrived completely empty and all over the packaging, and customer service was able to replace the bottle quickly and without hassle. Will definitely order from here again.

Have had nothing but bad experiences with this supplier. In the last three weeks they have been spamming message boards and reviews sites with fake, rave reviews to try to drum up business that suffered due to years of poor management.

I thought this company was good until I received a letter from the IRS that said I owed taxes because they didn't charge me sales tax on my nicotine order so I ended up having to pay 30% taxes on my order what a bunch of crap!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The shady delivery company they use will lie and say they attempted delivery and this and that but you will never receive anything. If they actually showed up they would realise that me home is covered in cameras, and last time I checked cameras don’t lie. No one ever showed up or attempted delivery. The company is fraud! I plan on disputing this transaction with my bank.

The ONLY reason these people get 1 star is because I had to in order to write a review. I have ordered from several other suppliers. This company is FAR and away the worst. Took a month and a half to receive my order and when I tried to get my money back, they basically told me tough 💩! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a vape, I never got it they said they messaged the driver, never heard anything, they said they'd keep me posted. I been messaging them everyday, they don't know where my vape is an they are refusing to give me a refund unless i return the vape i never got. I am highly pissed off

Don't use this company.... Scammers Ordered 3 bottles. It was a special price for 3 bottles and apparently we're out of two of the flavors of the 3 I ordered. It still let me order and took my money and then shipped out a part of the order, less then half, and I told them I don't want it then,to cancel the order. Still trying to charge me for the shipping fee even tho they sent it out before letting me know they were out of what I wanted. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!:1st and last time customer. Try the vapors world instead. Had great service with them

Worst company. I had been with them for over 2 years. Placed a order over $130 plus shipping. 2 months later I finally get a response to the 100 emails and calls that was never returned. They doing a refund but still charging me for shipping. Which is Bull since it never shipped to me. They held my money for over 2 months, charged me for shipping that never took place and it took them 2 months to even return a email. Just rude. They should not be charging me they should pay me interest for keeping my money that long. They have been reported to the BBB for doing people bad. They used to be a great company but now BUYERS BEWARE. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE. BAD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. SPREAD THE WORD TO EVERYONE. BUYER BEWARE.

Buyer beware!!! I ordered May 1, and it's almost July. I have yet to receive my order, they won't respond to my emails, and they have yet to refund my money. Scam artists.

I have never had a single problem with vape society supplies. They have always been extremely nice and right on time. Now the coupons could use a bit of work, I have to say. They never seem to work for me but their prices are cheap enough to offset that period try and find all of the flavors in one spot at that price and you will be searching for days! That one star is being generous please do not buy anything from this place they never sent my order to gave me full refund. They never replied to my emails and it's the worst company I've come across online totally thieves ! Go local to buy your e juice and vape products this company is not worth it I called the better business bureau on them so hopefully enough people will complain and we can shut them down. Buyer Beware! I placed my order May 9, received it June 18th. Like everyone else, multiple calls and emails to "customer service" (they obviously have no idea what customer service is) without one response. I am truthfully shocked I did receive my order, but I would NEVER use this place again. Horrible!
