I received both in less than a week via DHL delivery. I loved them so much that I bought two more for my wife(large and smaller size)! The quality of the each bag is top notch. Beautiful leather, clear initials/logo, and easy zippers. I will be buying more for my staff and would highly recommend! 5 Stars! 🌟

United Kingdom | 06 January 2020Ordered a bag online. Was emailed to say it was out of stock and did I want a refund. I emailed in the affirmative as it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Three emails later I still haven’t received a response and certainly haven’t had a refund. Very poor customer services and no refund issued (this is now 6weeks later)!!
