Basil went in shaking and scare and came out beautifulky smelling, with a supersoft coat and relaxed. What else can we ask of a grooming session!

I have small cross bred terriers. Previous "medium" bed purchases have proved to be a good size, but not this time. The sizings were somewhat exaggerated compared to reality (I measured them) which revealed a few centimetres short each of L, W & H. Other than that the beds are OK, save for the use of fine nylon/plastic line on the tags (most environmentally unfriendly) & very difficult for old fingers to remove). Delivery by An Post was safe and prompt.

Inperson experience : Polite helpful staff. Didn't have the rawhide flats in the original flavor. They put it aside for me when their next lot arrived and called to let me know when it was in. Ordered the dog food on line. Arrived when they said it would. Got text and phone call to ensure I would be there. Driver brought the box to the door and offered to take it to where I store it.

Last year I had a very bad experience when we brought our little yorkie for a groom. I left an awful review because of 1 groomer in the Tullamore branch (who no longer works there) Shortly after the manager Stephanie rang and gave assurances it wouldn't happen again and so I gave them another chance. I am thrilled to say I did. The staff are absolutely wonderful with our boy (even though he is impossible) Caitlain is so patient, welcoming, caring and professional I have no doubts at all that Buddy Holly is cared for and is always impeccably groomed in her care!
