Raising of amount for free delivery from 29 to 49 is very excessive and frankly not good customer service for regular customers. Perhaps a rethink is in order, otherwise, pleased with service

I only gave them 4 stars because I had to call to enquire about my order. I was not informed when I was going to get it. Some time after the phone call, an email was sent telling me my order was going to be delivered that day. The box arrived late that evening.

Four boxes were delivered to my home. One box containing two boxes of 48 pouches each was delivered to An Post and I had to go and collect them. I do not have a car currently and specifically ordered online so that the food would be delivered directly. I had to carry the box home which took 40 minutes and it was really heavy.

No email to explain why only a partial order was dispatched, also no return email from you when I asked why only a partial dispatch Like all food products , these are essential items for pets, if your website states they are instock when infat they are not the money just be credited back so an order an be done online elsewhere. People order online who don’t have a car.
