Ich habe etwas falsches bestellt und deshalb einen Widerruf mittels Formular gemacht. Da nichts kapoutt war, konnte ich keine Reklamation machen. Und deshalb musste ich die Rückdendekosten selbst bezahlen. Das habe ich ich bei einen anderen Versand gehabt.

Meine Vorstellung der besseren Qualität der Lampe wurde leider nicht erfüllt. Sie kosten im Onlineshop um 7 Euro pro Stück mehr wie im Handel ( Baumarkt in der Nähe ) und weißen trotzdem die gleichen Fehler auf. Da frag ich mich doch wieso sie Online teurer sind als im Markt?? Ich kaufe hier nicht mehr. Nicht zufriedenstellend Mfg

UPDATE: after leaving this review, support responded to my emails where I was asking for a partial refund of the article that arrived damaged and full refund for the item that never arrived. It took several weeks of ping pong emails to negotiate the percentage refund, also because they stopped responding a few times and responded again only when I was sending a new email insisting on this refund, but in the end we made it. I got a partial refund for the damaged item, but of course no trace of the refund of the article I’ve never received. It was inexpensive, so I don’t think I’m gonna contact their support again. I’m grateful that I made it, but probably it’s only because I’ve insisted… —————— After reading many good reviews here, I’ve decided to order a piece of furniture, specifically a foldable table. For the price I’ve paid, I’m not really satisfied… the quality of the table is poor, the packaging was ok, but many pieces were already damaged. Besides that, I’ve ordered some batteries that never arrived. I’ve contacted customer support to ask to get the money back for the batteries and at beginning I wanted to send also the table back and get a refund. Later I’ve decided it was too uncomfortable to send the table back as I don’t own a car and the table was heavy, so I’ve notified support I would keep the table and will try to fix it with DIY, but if possible, I would like to get part of my money back because if I was asking a full refund and give the table back, they would not be able to sell the table to someone else anyway, so I’m doing them a favor and it could be a win win situation. I’ve never heard back from them, even though they have the pictures of the state of the table when it arrived, luckily the batteries were inexpensive, but I don’t think the service and the products are really worthy the money they are asking for… Cannot say I would order again, sorry.

Unkomplizierte Bestellung und Lieferung, alles war in Ordnung, gute Qualität, Preis/Leistung hervorragend! Würde ich wieder bestellen.

Dies war mein erste Bestellung bei Beleuchtung.at - habe Leuchtmittel und Solarleuchten bestellt. Bestellabwicklung, Bezahlung waren transparent und gut nachvollziehbar. Der Versand wurde per Mail transparent angekündigt und die Ware wurde wie angekündigt geliefert. Die Ware war gut geschützt verpackt und in originalem Zustand. Daher für mich eine sehr einfache Bestellabwicklung und sehr angenehme Erfahrung.

Den ersten (telefonischen) Hotline-Kontakt hatte ich noch vor meiner Bestellung am 20.9.): eine Dame mit mangelhaften Deutschkenntnissen, im Hintergrund "Kaffeekränzchen-Stimmung" und eine unbrauchbare Antwort auf meine Frage. Wäre der Shop nicht bei Trusted Shops, hätte ich vermutlich aufgrund dieses Erstkontakts keine Bestellung ( Kosten 680€ inklusive 199€ Frachtkosten) hier gemacht. Zwei weitere Kontakte (per Mail) - nach getaner Bestellung - waren auch nicht zufriedenstellend, und erst der vierte (telefonisch am 27.9.) war sehr gut, was mich dann beruhigt hat (ich hatte keine Sendungsverfolgung erhalten und war irritiert, weil mir kein Versandstatus mitgeteilt worden war, obwohl die Ware als "lagernd" gekennzeichnet und wie sich bei diesem 4. Kontakt herausstellte auch schon verschickt worden war!) . Wäre die Erfahrung mit der Hotline nicht "eher negativ" gewesen, würde ich den Einkauf an sich als sehr gut bezeichnen: ich habe vor 10 Tagen bestellt, das Paket wurde nach 6 Tagen verschickt und heute habe ich die Ware - bestens verpackt, das hat die doch eher hohen Frachtkosten gerechtfertigt - erhalten.

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt.

Hat alles grundsätzlich sehr gut funktioniert. Allerdings vermisse ich Zahlfunktionen wie Sofortüberweisung, was mir persönlich ohne zusätzliche Registrierung lieber ist. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Gerne wieder.
