Canada | 07 September 20247 years had a policy. Wrote an email to cancel and was told to write a letter. Wrote the letter and was told as the words did not match her requirement she would not cancel the policy. I attached the letter to the email I have used for 7 years to communicate and renew the policy and quoting the policy number and she is saying if the policy number is not on letter she will not cancel. Ridiculous jobsworth.
