This is Fisherbeck in ambleside Below is my experiences (statement of facts) 1. we bought two dryers and two washers August 2023. Now one washer constantly showing movement error. Please see pcitures 2. Mag sent engineers two times, for two days. They said repaired. After a few days the error constant up to this day. Have to write the machine off 3 mag charged the repair services despite new machine 4 now not more than one error, dryer constantly error code as per picture. Also mesh net broken as picture 5 we contacted primer in Spain. They simply throw us back to mag letting mag to constantly quote us exorbitant fees 6 one dryer and one washer written off. No more than error. Terrible suppliers and factory as personal experiences 7 previously I used Miele now I regret I chosen this Spanish brand 8 last year I wrote a bad review mag persuaded me to delete it. Now I understand they got all 5 reviews 9 over 15000 gbp wasted. Lesson for sharing We are Fisherbeck in ambleside. After numerous shocking experiences dealing with JLA, it was time to find a new supplier. I ordered a new tumble dryer from MAG to replace my previous machine and found the service to be impeccable. The process was simple and fast, the communication was prompt and the delivery was timely. My new dryer is now installed and operating and my staff couldn't be happier. I want to say a massive thanks to the team at MAG for their exceptional customer service and a special shoutout to their engineer who was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
